Easy to book, came right on time (called ahead to see if they could come early which sauited us fine). The 2 guys moved items without any house damage. William was very professional. Pricing very reasonable. My only feedback is they could explain their pricing tiers over the phone. We knew there would be a base rate due to the distance but the tiers were less expensive than I feared. Almost didnt book them because of that lack of transparency.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Just Junk Orillia. The guys (D&B) called to let me know they were on their way, and arrived shortly after. They took a look at everything and let me know the price right away. Within a few minutes everything was packed into the truck and my garage was empty! The whole process took no time at all, the team was friendly and following all of the COVID protocols, all in all it was a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!!!

It was super easy to book online - there was immediate availability, I could estimate how much services would cost using their online tool, and all of the information I needed was readily available on the website. Dan and Eric called with an ETA and arrived just before they promised. They had my entire garage cleaned out in 15 minutes!! I am super satisfied with Just Junk's services, and super satisfied with their prices. I will be booking with them again when I tackle my basement.

I was not on site and was having material from my apartment removed after a fire. The items were outside for pick up which the ad said 10% discount which I did not receive. It was expensive but done well I think the loads required was over estimated but was not on site so had to trust. Overall a good job and fast response time. Thank you for helping me

The removers were very prompt, efficient, courteous and removed three pieces of furniture plus a few scraps of left-over insulation for me. They were great. However, the fee charged for the quarter-load removal was about three times higher than what was quoted on the website.
