Spoke to John on Monday and asked if he could come pick up my king size mattress and box spring for Wednesday anytime after 10 am. He and his co-worker arrived at 10:20 am and removed everything with professionalism. Gave me a very reasonable rate. Definitely recommend Dirty Deeds.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Spoke to Colleen regarding a bin, she was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding bin size etc... I told Colleen that I wanted to do a major household/yard waste cleanup and asked for a 40 yard bin. I had it from Wednesday to Tuesday and we filled it. I had put a $450.00 deposit on my credit card and I was covered for up to 2 TONS! On the day they picked up the bin, I receive a call from Colleen stating that I owed an additional $1000.00 that the bin weighed 11 TONS! There is NO WAY. 11 Tons is equaled to 22,000 pounds, a UPS or an RV weigh 10,000 pounds so there was the equivalent of TWO UPS trucks in there. Colleen said she was going to send me the slip from the scale, I never got it. I paid the money BUT I have gone to Better Business Bureau regarding this company. This was my experience but I will NEVER rent from them again. I will update once I hear back from the BBB

Owner Ted was extremely rude and unprofessional and that was just on the phone. Has was talking to my while on the road while yelling at other drivers....WHILE WE WERE ON THE PHONE... he has extreme road rage and than proceeded to complain about his website designer plus was all around arrogant and rude. In the end told me there was 40 different companies in barrie and he didn't know what to tell me but to take a pick and the other companies all double their prices at the dump... Ill take my chances.... Will be using any other company in Barrie other than these guys.

If you want to keep your neighbourhood safe do not hire these guys! One of their trucks came past my house today at way over the 50 km/h posted speed limit. I called them and talked to the guy who was driving the truck. I asked him why he sped through my area and he said he missed the signs. I told him there is an oversized sign saying 50 km an hour as well as a sign saying “welcome to centre vespra please slow down”. People in the community have even put out signs at the end of their driveway is asking people to please slow down and there are plenty of 50 km/h signs throughout the neighborhood. I asked him how he missed all those signs and he told me that he must’ve been on the phone, on the phone!?!?!?!? I couldn’t believe it! If you want people speeding through your neighbourhood in large trucks while talking on the phone, then give these guys a call. I’m so glad you took the time to defend your driver. I would like to see the gps records of your truck going “5over” what a joke. Your driver was going at the very very least 15 over. There are a lot of speeders who drive along here and more and more are being stopped by the opp each day. If I see a commercial vehicle speeding I try and call the company to inform them. They are usually very apologetic and slow their trucks down. I only leave reviews for companies like yours who lie about their speed and make up excuses like “they were on the phone”. I’ve had some ignorant people argue with me that 65-70 is ok in a 50?!?! I would like their address so I can come by their house at over the limit so they can get an idea of what it feels like. If anyone thinks 15 over is ok in a 50, I ask them to try driving at 35 in the 50 to see how it feels. 15 under or over is the same thing and both are unacceptable. The sad part about this is that you guys didn’t learn anything from this and will probably continue to speed, and the most unbelievable part about all this is that your driver blamed missing all the speed limit signs on being distracted on his phone?!?!?!?! Seriously, you shouldn’t be defending your driver, you should be sending him to the unemployment line.

I called dirty deed and they came prepared to do the job,prompt and affordable we saved over $200 dollars on the load and haul ,and later we rented a bin because we were going to have our kitchen renovated there was boards put down to save the driveway from damage, very professional service.
