the garbage control was excellent. there's no trash anywhere i lay my eyes on. I talked to the guy who collects the garbage in the morning and he was very professional and helpful

Beautiful is underrated! mountains everywhere - left right and centre! its like they are following you all over the town. Very pretty little town but has so much to offer. so many restaurants and shops! Gives a at home feel! Not so crowded when i visited. the parking app is great lets you know for real time. Patio scenes are great during summer. will be returning here during the winters!

Banff downtown is a beautiful place!! It has breathtaking giant mountain view while you are walking on the street, and shopping or enjoying a meal or some drinks with friends & family. Definitely a feeling calmness and an awareness of being away from busy city life. Shops are very good there, all sort items to either gift someone or just buy it for yourself at a sort of reasonable price considering it is a tourist place in Canada. Variety of souvenirs to take back with you to remind you of this beautiful place. Food is good, and parking is reasonable. You might want to spend one evening in this town and walk around after a good meal in local restaurants. Local chocolate stores are delicious of-course! Visited end of July 2021

August 2021. Small town but lots of visitors and activities. Nice shops. Free parkings are limited. They converted lots of free parking spaces before into pay parking. Still, worth the 2 hours drive from Calgary.

Beautiful place. Quite busy most of the time. Lots of shops and restaurants. Town has quite unique personality. I would recommend visiting in spring and make sure have a beaver tail in town.

Gorgeous place that is well maintained. The gondola for Sulphur mountain, Lake Louise and Lake Moraine are all a must see attraction. If you're a hiker, the Johnston Canyon to the Ink Pots is a beginner friendly hike.

Banff is a beautiful place, no doubt. The reason I give only 1 star is primarily due to my experience with parking, there is none and the village issues exorbitant fines. Parking is poorly marked and you must be online to pay. My fine for parking In what I believed to be an acceptable area to park turned out to have a very small sign that I'm supposed to see and did not. A 2 hour parking spot cost me a $55.fine After having spent over $1000. dollars there, I'm sadly disappointed Efforts to contact parking officials directs me to a website to pay or appeal. I appealed, stated my case and basically on deaf ears. Got the standard response that I'm sure everyone gets. Pay, we don't care!

Banff is build more like Europe style because how the shops are it's great to see something different than others I would totally recommend going there.
