The store has once again changed staff. It has been the most unfortunate thing about them. I have shopped with them many years now. I have benefited greatly from the supplies I found there. I always feel the loss when they change their staff. They used to have a policy where they tracked the length of time something stayed on the shelves. The longer something sat, the price dropped. That policy seems to have been abandoned over the years. So. For my vote as a working woman who struggles to pay bills, I feel for the staff who seem to lose the support of upper management to make this venture work for everyone including their own staff. I thoroughly appreciate the concept of this group, however.

Not a lot of stock, but fun to go check out. There isn't a cashier in sight... Waited over 5 minutes, no one came to the front. The Re-Store in Lindsay has much more stock if you're looking hard for something.

Prices for used and incomplete doors and windows were only a couple of dollars off the price of brand new at home depot. I suppose if you are considering a donation to habitat and want to also have something in return that's fine, but if your looking to save on your project, just buy new.

Their prices for ceiling fans are insanely overpriced. 65 bucks for a 30 year old used ceiling fan? What a joke. You can get one off kijiji for 20 bucks. Whoever justifies these prices should be fired.

Good store with a good cause. Not to much good stuff. I bought a vaccum and it broke in a month. Bought another one and it works great it only cost $25 and is probably worth close to $200

Friendly staff, neat and organized in store. I was able to purchase a few things that I needed. I personally find that this is an expensive store for used items, but do appreciate that funds go to Habitat for Humanity. If a low income person was shopping for inexpensive items, I would suggest that they find a cheaper thrift store.

Good place to go to find something for an old house...but has a lot of junk ...we tried to donate a solid wood cabinet to them.....like a curio cabinet ...with a $20 donation ...and the 20 yr old girl there today ...said she would take it with donation of$500 dollars ...cause that is how much they would be charged at dump for the small cabinet...won't be returning or donating there again
