Autosolutions expressly giving u guys 5 star for prioritizing customer services , you guys are amazing , but I will give credit to one of their employee named ANDREW , what a great guy , he's very patient, respectful, he listens, he doesn't talk over you like other part places rep often do . we purchased a GM ecotec engine recently from them , we noticed an issue upon delivery, he immediately requested for pick up, brought the engine back in a timely manner .. he corrected the issue , engine installed , worked perfectly.. VERY HAPPY with the service I will recommend anyone thinking of buying engine or powertrain as whole to call BODYLINE ... but for me ,I want to deal with ANDREW whenever I call them ... he's a good soul with good sense humor

Called Saturday. Was told $450 to drive in or $400 to pick it up. Told them ok I will probably drive it in, just need to make a call because this is obviously a really good price. Go in today with what I was quoted and instead of saying he couldn't do $450 anymore (because I was 100% told that price on the phone) he said he wouldnt have said that and he will do $400. I would have left the car there if he didnt straight up call me a liar over 50 friggen dollars. What a joke. I'd be embarrassed to be calling any sort of potential business a liar.

Worst business I've ever dealt with. Called three days straight regarding a simple order of just a single rim they had in stock and they kept apologizing because they were "slammed". One of the salespersons, Ken, mumbled how it was a pain to have it shipped to a different city when I clearly stated I was willing to pay full shipping costs. Their lack of interest in making a sale was completely unprofessional and rude, on top of wasting precious time. Do not waste your time buying from people who are unaware about their own inventory and sit on their ass doing nothing. I happily spent over double the cost somewhere else and am glad I didn't have to go through the hassle that these people put me through.

Worst experience I have ever had. Called and spoke to a man on the phone named Dave, looking for a part. He spoke to me like I was completely stupid and refused to sell it to me. He would not sell it to me until he spoke to the garage where my car is being fixed, which makes absolutely no sense as I gave him the information already and they apparently deal with the garage all the time. Then he continued to speak to me very rudely as they only said they accept PayPal, this is fine, however when I asked how it works he again treated me like I was stupid. He then proceeded to tell me “I don’t know you from a hole in the wall so why would I sell something to you?” Repeatedly. Please explain to me how it is you do business without selling parts to people and having it shipped to the garage where the car is being fixed. When I called and spoke to the garage, they said that they work with these guys all the time, and that having them speak to the garage was completely unnecessary. Worst customer service, do not recommend.

Kristen at Bodyline Auto in Hamilton is the reason I gave this review ALL 5 stars! I have been looking for EMC for 2004 Buick the past 3 weeks. I have gone everyone from Mississauga, Brampton, Whitby, Toronto (where I currently live) and Hamilton. I was dealing with LKQ for over a week and got no where with them. I went to the gas station in Hamilton to grab something to drink after LKQ told me they didn't have any EMC in stock. There were 2 very nice ladies there and asked me where I was from and I told them Toronto. I told them that I was looking for a EMC for my mothers car. They told me to go check out Bodyline. I got in my car and went straight there. I was greeted by Kristen and she was beyond helpful! She found the exact ECM for my mothers car! Pictures and all! It's being shipped to Hamilton and ready to pick up by tomorrow or Monday. I can't even tell you how helpful Kristen is. I mean she truly went above and beyond. After weeks and weeks of dead ends and being turned away she was the only person in Ontario that I went to that stopped at nothing to find it for me. I am beyond grateful and so happy I found her at Bodyline. She is a fantastic customer service rep and any company would be lucky to have her! Thanks Kristen and Bodyline

So I came home at 1030pm one night to find the city had covered the street my broken down car was parked on with no parking signs as they planned on doing construction in the morning. Got it towed to Bodyline with no advance notice and it was no problem. They stored it for 3 days at no cost before I could make it in. They offered me double my last offer and took care of it all it under 5 mins. Very impressed and will recommend, they run a tight ship down there

customer service is good and they have good warrentys. Unfortunately these guys used to be top notch. I recently bought a motor from them and by the looks of it they have gone right down in quality. Looks like they let any joe blow pull the motors now. The motor I bought was for an 08 sentra. They snapped the altenator brackets top hole and snapped a bolt in the bottom. If you know these motors you know this bracket is part of the waterpump assembly.. also had 2 snapped bolt holes for the top mount. Never would have expected that from these guys but I guess yoh must inspect everything from. Them now.

Place is a joke!! If you value your time do NOT go to bodyline they are unorganized and have terrible service and I would advise everyone to avoid this place. I ordered a window October 11th he told me it would be in the next day I went in and he had ordered the window for the wrong side, he then apolgized and ordered another window and said it would be there in two days. I call the day I'm supposed to pick it up (the 13th) and it's not there yet but asured it will be there tomorrow. I show up the next day (the 14th) still not there I'm then promised it will be there today at 8am October 15th I arrive here at 11am and it says in the computer it's here but it's not!! Absolute Cluster f*** avoid this place unproffessional and a waste of time

All parts are guarantied working and professionally cleaned was what I was told. Went here to pick up a motor. Price was 300 and went to pick it up and it was 325 plus tax. Not a big deal. They took 45 minutes to find the motor in their own shop while food was being delivered by Uber Eats. I saw at least 15 guys working there so the bad service was surprising. The motor I received was caked in oil and leaking coolant and was unfit for the swap. I thought I was being something that was looked over and fit for resale? They were going to do the right thing and come and take my truck that was now scrap give me a bit for it and take the motor back but didn't follow through on anything they said on the phone. Then asked me who I was talking to because they thought a new hire had promised something they shouldn't have. The telephone-tag service was terrible... they kept throwing the phone off to someone else. If you are looking for an honest swap yard with working parts, go elsewhere. Just my experience, highly disapointed.

Terrible. Called for a mirror said it would be picked by 1pm. Showed up at quarter to 3 to make sure it was picked. Went to office and stood around for 5 minutes not getting any attention from sales guys. Finally talk to one who redirected me to another. Get and pay for the order and head to pickup. Walk over to find that the part hasn't been picked yet. 20 minutes later picker showed up with a the wrong mirror. Guys argued about the pick order. Went back out and 10 minutes later, the picker radios in that the mirror is broken. Apologizes and says sales guy has been told and knows all about it. Go back to office to get my money back. Stand in front of the desk where I paid for the mirror. He acknowledges that I'm back with receipt in hand after supposedly know about the problem. Deals with person on the phone which is fine but than looks up at me and proceeds to pick up the phone as it rings, instead of placing them on hold and dealing with me, talks to this person for 2-3 minutes. Than looks up again and dials another number to call and talk to someone else. Another 2 minutes than looks up and "whats up buddy?". Mirror is broken - oh really? Had no clue!! Terrible service, ignorant sales guy, never recommending or going back here again. There's enough auto recyclers in the area that nobody should have to deal with these guys!! Wasted an hour there!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Someone smashed my taillight leaving me in need of a replacement. New taillights are so expensive so I gave these guys a call. They didnt have one in stock but got one in for me the next day. Great condition with no issues and almost half the price of new. Thanks guys!

We had agreed that they would let me keep my rims and tires (for a $50 fee) and when I forgot my spare tire in the trunk, they allowed me to come down and pick it up from the yard no questions asked! I bought a fender, a headlight and an alloy rim for a very common vehicle ('07 caravan). Fender had rust, headlight was yellowed and very old looking, and the allow rim was bent. I don't expect brand new parts, but I do expect usable ones. Next time I'll go to a U-pull junk yard, where I can see what I'm buying before I spend the cash.
