Price offered on the phone was good... but their scale is inaccurate by about 30 percent and they also do that trick of leaving it tared under weight, so essentially empty it is at negative 100 lbs... and you are then getting the price per ton adjusted down by 30 percent... scale is difficult to use...

HORROR STORY. BEWARE. My 85 year old war veteran grandfather went to this scrap yard and was verbally accosted and threatened by an employee. My grandmother was apologizing for lack of their english skills on where they could park only to be confronted with A TERRIBLE AND ABUSIVE EMPLOYEE WHO CALLED THEM "FKN ASSHOLES, DONT YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING YOU FKN IDIOTS" .... My grandmother was crying and apologizing while the man still threatened them, telling them to get lost or else he would punch them in the face. Worst Experience Ever.
