Unloading withing 25 minutes. Paperwork is swift. Scale in and out. Overnight parking is possible near the gate, not recommended, haven't parked ever. Some nice people work here!

Wouldnt take any scrap to this joint terrible people skills and complete rip off left my owner ship in my vehicle i was scrapping for my other car asked if i could quickly retrieve it was told no car is in procession which was funny still sitting on the scale while im getting paid but any way never again will i take scrap and or recommend and person i know does

I brought a incomplete truck in recently . They gave me tin shred price for it.. it had an aluminum block eninge on it i had removed the valve cover and front cover to keep the cam phaser threw everything elce back on top they claimed i did not give them the whole engine. Also took my cattalitic converter seprately they had no clue how to grade it i tryed to explain to the guy where the cerial number was but he wouldent listen and claimed to not need my advice gave me an ok price but i didnt take it because of his bad additude.

Amazing customer service! As a newbie to metal recycling I was apprehensive about visiting and I had a ton of questions about the process. I emailed this morning and Laurie called me an hour ago with a complete how to guide and answered all my questions. She was very patient and was so kind, I really appreciated all her help. She gave me the confidence to come by and drop off all the metal I have laying around. Thank you so much for making this whole experience very comfortable so far! I can't wait to come by. EDIT. I dropped all of my metal off and the guys in the yard were just as kind and helpful with the process! I can't recommend this location enough.

I scrapped my car but left my phone on front seat. Called office an hour later when I realized I forgot it. The lady answering was very sympathetic and called out to plant, within a minute they recovered my phone. Wow! Fun and Games

The workers are HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, SCAMMERS!! Helping out a friend we took a bunch of scrap in for her husband. We forgot to bring the paper he had made that outlined the weight and category of each metal. I recorded the weight of the car as it read on the scale both entering and exiting as requested by her husband. The guy who helped us gave us a piece of paper and told us to bring it to the girl inside. We had no idea what anything weighed and having forgot the paper at home were not able to compare it to anything. The girl who cashed us out handed us just around $20 which at the time seemed odd but we took it all home and left it for her husband. When he saw it he was not pleased he said right away they totally scammed you and explained to us how they did it. I have yet to get a call back despite leaving messages and chalk it up as a live and learn and more importation WARN OTHERS NOT TO GO THERE!!
