I went to dispose of my vehicle today and one of the employees was extremely rude to me. They have no problem with customer service. They simply do not possess any. No ability to think like a customer. I will never again darken their doorstep.

Friendly on the phone. They also pay more than Triple M for scrap metal (for heavy melt they pay $270/t, triple M was $230/t)

Absolute crooks. Sent my apprentice to offload some scrap copper wire with the casing on it, called them before we delivered for pricing, was told .25/lb, over the phone, receipt once delivered to site .10/lb. 940 lbs of copper enjoy your score last time I would ever recommend these guys.

Best bin service best staff I had recently had two other bin company's for metal removal nothing but nightmares triple m and aim then found this place staff go outta there way to assist you service the bins even when bins are needed in two different cities I highly recommend this place when you need quick polite friendly bin service for your metal recycling needs give them a try

Went here to scrap my car and old electronics. The place is loud and confusing for someone who's never been here before, took a while to figure out where to go/what to do, but the employees were very helpful. Prices seemed much better than any other place in the area that I called.

Always had good service and prices here. To bad that the company can’t update their answering machine or web page to reflect if they are open or not. December 31 2018 checked both then drove from Listowell to New Dundee and sat in line with 3 other customers for 20 minutes only to be told by someone that they are closed. If you want to have a web page and an answering machine message make sure you update them. This is a BAD BUSINESS practice. Make sure you talk to a REAL person before driving here.

HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been going here for years and it gets worse and worse every time. The lot is so full it’s getting dangerous. They only have one scale so you need to go around a second time and you’re almost guaranteed to get stuck behind someone. The staff are useless, ignorant and don’t even try to help you.

Good service and guidance from employees but scale tare changed from initial weigh in (0) and weigh out (+100). Better prices and service with more accurate scales at other recyclers.
