The only way u can pay is wire transfer! if u pay with western union or money gram it will take 3 days for auto bid to get the payment. u will receive late fees from both companies! By far the worst experience I dealt with in my life, will never do business again with this company

So my experience will be stated as accurate as possible, I signed up for the membership and it does state that 30 days are free however they do end up charging you 150.00 for the year (maybe a month of that is free, I'm sure it was in the fine print but I didn't read it) then the car I wanted went to live auction and it was a tad bit confusing when bidding it went fast and I tried to keep it straight, I thought I originally lost the bidding war, but come to find out I won, but it was only on approval to I haggled for about a day with the owner who decided to sell it to me at a fair price. You cannot legally drive the cars off the lot of Copart so you should have transporting figured out in advance. The only other querks is that you have to have the bank wire transfer done in the same day and if your bank has any delay whatsoever the autobidmaster will charge you 50.00 per day after 2 days that sucks and I am not happy about it. Secondly if they can't ship your vehicle to you on time and have the vehicle off Copart's property, Copart will charge you 20 dollars per day so keep that in mind also. Fortunately I did not get any additional storage fees. All round it was worth it but a little stressful with the banking stuff!

I was skeptical based on reviews, but i had already paid for membership and won an auction. I was very skeptical of paying by zelle. I even tried to pay by check at the facility that had the car locally. This is what i learned- Used cars are a cash business. Get ready to send money by faith. I was directly contacting the car lot and they assured me many cars are sold daily through this site. I also learned that besides membership, they are onky making $300 on a $3500 purchase. Buyer beware. There is risk buying cars like this. Its a hassle to navigate all the paperwork and repairs and towing and title, but in the end i think its worth it. You cant buy salvage title vehicles without a dealers license Unless you buy through this company. I ended up spending $3500 on a vehicle out the door with towing. I spent $4,000. Its worth about $16,000. This was definitely a risk but it paid off. I am a skeptical person. If you are lazy or blame other people this won’t work out. I work hard and this worked out well for me.

I do not recommend a business with the company Autobidmaster. My 2 friends buy a car with them and wait 25-35 days for oceanic shipping. I bought Porsche 911 at autobidmaster site and wait about 30 days for oceanic shipping. They take money from you and then waiting few weeks to hit the cheapest shipping chance. They chat online is probably a joke - almost always closed, if open it is useless and standard texts "i'm with you, please wait, i'm with you......"

If you want to get robbed of your money and then left out to dry when a vehicle you purchase isn't what it was claimed to be, use Auto Bid Master. I purchased a "Running Driving" vehicle through them. It was towed from the copart lot to my mechanic he immediately found out there is no reverse gear. Copart says to talk to Auto Bid Master. Auto Bidmaster says I'm pretty much screwed but feel free to sell the vehicle through them for basically the same amount in fees as what I purchased the car from them for. If you want to do business with them, have lots of cash to burn and bring lots of lube...for you and the vehicle.

My experience so far has been very good staffs are very helpful to help you understands how to bid and what to look for when placing your bid. They adhere very strictly to their company policies I am sure that is why some people leave them with negative reviews. My advice for bidders ask them questions before you bid they are always very happy to answer, they are not the seller of the vehicles they are brokers and they see the same pictures you see so you can't blame them for additional damages on the car, finally have your money ready before you bid and have your car ship quickly in other to avoid late fees or extra charges

This is the worst website and customer service I ever had!! First of all they never receive full payment! They always receive less and say the difference is an unknown amount deducted somewhere in between bank transaction by an unknown bank and they hold they buyer responsibility to pay that unknown difference!! although, they charge international payment fees!! They clearly don't have any policy or any official document to prove this lost amount!! Maybe their accountants come up with numbers and say this is what we received!! Also, If you win a bid and the seller kept bargaining for the final price, YOU, as buyer will be responsible of the late charges!!!! WHAT FOR? and they ask you to send money as a deposit other than the security deposit that you put already before bidding!! Another funny thing that always happen with autobidmaster, is that they can give your vehicle to ANYONE wakes in to the warehouse without any shipping order or any official approval from the buyer!! This happened twice with me and no reasonable explanation for this stupid act!!! I strongly encourage buyers to stay away from autobidmaster. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE!

POOR POOR POOR!!! Horrible service!! Nobody knows ANYTHING!!! Bought 2 vehicles... they gave me $100 discount. Paid for both at the same time. 1 made it with no problem.. the other the said I owed the $100 back!! After getting it resolved (at least I thought). They made sure to leave it on the lot to accumulate $150 in storage fees. Which I had to pay because their dispatched drivers truck broke down :( I wouldnt let anybody that I care anything about use this company!!! They need to have a -5 star!!!Thats what they deserve. Ask to speak to a supervisor and was told "Supervisor will NOT talk to me to resolve conflicts!!" POOR POOR POOR!!!!!

I was searching the net using Google to find the best broker website for US auction cars to help me in buying a car from an auction. Immediately Google found AutoBidMaster and its twin SalvageBid for me and they were really the best after I compared them with other top competitors websites because they are very clear for buyers and very easy to use. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE SERVICE. English is their 3rd language and clearly they have no respect for women. They don't answer questions or explain the bizarre paperwork they send out. In order to get anything done you have to speak to management, who are harassed they have to take the time to do the job their employee failed too. The terms and conditions, when you sign up, says you essentially give up all consumer rights. Which they take seriously each time they referred me back to them after I requested they provide the title for the car I paid them for. Apparently those terms and conditions state AutoBidMaster doesn't have to provide the title. Wow.

Avoid them like the plague. Working with them has been a nightmare from the very beginning. I researched all the fees and conditions when buying through them and was fine with the facts. However expect that the simplest issues will take MONTHS to resolve and expect to face rude and unresponsive customer service. Once they have your money, very little will happen if you face any sort of issue.

I had a free membership for almost one year and during that time I was looking at the cars that are being auctioned to try to get a sense of how much the final cost would be Some of the cars were overbid by quite a lot considering the damage unless they are buying them for parts I was looking for something I can fix myself In September I needed to buy a car and happened to find one that was not too badly damaged and had a buy it now price so I signed up for the preferred membership and paid the fee and also placed the deposit than I clicked on the buy it now button From there I dealt with Ella by email and she was very helpful guiding me through the process I went out during lunch time to make the wire transfer and after that I also paid for the shipping Later on the same day I was notified that the car was already picked up and on it's way and 3 days later they delivered it to me I would use autobidmaster again the next time I need a car

I would never recommend this website. We registered for the free trial membership and were charged for a Preferred Membership a couple of days later. Now we Google reviews and find that this has happened to others as well when they increase their bid limit on a vehicle. Very deplorable business practices! We noticed the charge on our visa and immediately contacted the company. After two conversations Anna at Autobidmaster, she was completely unwilling to help cancel our membership that we did not approve of nor were notified of in any manner whatsoever. It really seems like a SCAM to me.

Called them, super rude service, wouldn't admit their mistake, and then made me pay for shipping to and from to get it corrected. Awful experience! EXTREMELY happy working 1st time with AutoBidMaster! As a new user, I bothered them with tons of questions. Answers were always helpful, courteous, and quick. The process was explained VERY clearly and the site's software has the entire process automated in a fantastic, clear, user-friendly way. You are updated every step of the way, fees and payment methods are clearly explained. I even had a special request regarding sending out my title, they helped with that too. And their fee- 3% if you are at the top level package - is less than with SalvageBid, which charges 5%. Very very happy. Will work with them again!

With Covid rising the costs of used vehicles, circumnavigating the dealer lots and going straight to an auction myself seemed like the best route to take. If you’re unfamiliar with how auctions work then this can be fairly overwhelming and feel like there are excessive extra fees and hidden costs added on. Make sure to read all the fine print & understand what you’re getting yourself into. auction cars; are a whole different ballgame. It didn’t seem worth it to me to go through all the classes, the tests, & fees to obtain a dealers license myself. There’s a lot of technicalities, and waiting game. Customer service was helpful and gave me all the info I asked for. Waiting for paperwork felt like forever. But then again it took me 8 months to get an appointment at the DMV, so it is what it is. I would use this broker again.

Run, run and please do not use these guys as your broker. Charged almost 200usd extra out of thin air and said it was copart fees. Called copart with member number to find out and they confirmed my actual auction fees from them was 310 cad = 244 usd. On the invoice from autobidmaster they charged 411usd saying it's from copart. That's 200 usd extra, and after multiple phone calls and emails with no replies I had to pay because of a hold on my credit card prior to purchase. They are scam artists and please do your homework before using them. Only if I'd researched earlier, I would have seen other reviews .

I am sorry I cannot give zero stars, as they deserve!They are horrible and without any clues of what they do.One of their representative said I am the highest bidder after I was online and saw that I was outbid!! And most of all, you cannot bid live, as I lost 3 hours online until my item was on the row to bid on, and I lost because I couldn't increase my preliminary bid. Forgot to mention, if you not pay second day after you won, they will charge you daily $50 !!!From my experience,the cars they sell come vandalized, without most of the accessories, like navigation, stereos, (auxiliary engines for trucks) and they don't disclose any of this

I am extremely disgruntled with Autobidmaster as it is now rolling into February and we have been trying weekly to obtain a title for a vehicle purchased in September of last year through these people. Autobidmaster was not hesitant at all to take our money and have been giving us nothing but excuses for their poor performance since . This is the second time that we have experienced lost paperwork with these people and it is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable . I am now contemplating a lawsuit for damages. Bought through them without any problems. remember, they are only an auction site, and not physically involved with the vehicle in any way. they just handle paperwork. that being said, I did not purchase without personally giving a thorough inspection of each vehicle. I could understand some thoughts of misrepresentation from the photos taken by copart. a picture cannot give the fine details an eye can catch. Hearing about mislabeled titles, i also contacted the associated dmv to confirm the exact title brand given. if you do your research, and due diligence, you won't have any problems. i will knock off a star due to their live auctions freezing sometimes; maybe copart, maybe autobidmaster, either way it could have been a problem.

I would never use this company to deal with.. i paid for two cars to be shipped from USA to iraq and paid the full amount and their website stated that they will ship they vehicle in 25-35 days and from october 2021 till today they never shipped the vehiles and they told me they do not have enough loads to iraq so they told me to pay for a full container which i did and today again they sent me an email requsting more money to ship the vehicles guys if you lose any kind of money do not let that happen you can file a complaint through oregon state consumer protoction office and they will handle your issue also file a complaint against their parnter Easyhaul through washington state consumer protoction office. Good luck with copying and pasting your way out of these reports I filed against you with the Oregon attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission, and that's jus a few off the top of my head. UPDATE - A very nice manager called me, heard me and right away took care of my concerns. I changed my 1 star to 5 star and this is how service should be provided. Thank you. I could delete the whole review but i wanted to be honest. Worst Customer Service Ever!! Accidently changed my Basic member to Advanced membership thinking that i was adding bidding power as it was asking me for more money. (Sure my fault) but it happened today and as soon as it happened it called customer service. They wont even budge. I understand if I used the service and a day or 2 later I called to cancel. It happened within an hour or so when it happened I realized and called right away since I am new to the website and the process. Customer service kept saying no and kept arguing with me. What a miserable predatory company. Make a mistake? TOO BAD. PAY US. Need help? TOO BAD PAY US. Just make sure to read the fine print VERY CAREFULLY. Also understand that there are FEES on top of FEES on top of FEES. Seriously. You think you understand what it'll cost and then they send you an invoice and there will be HUNDREDS in extra fees. BE VERY VERY careful when dealing with these sharks.

I used this company once. At first it was OK. Their website is very easy to navigate as far as bidding. Once I bought the vehicle that's when the nightmares started. Long story short: autobidmaster gave me an incomplete title meaning it was missing signatures in order for me to put in my name. After doing extensive research it was actually their job to provide me with a complete colored title which they did not bother. Luckily for me the person that I needed the signature from was in the next town and kindly signed off on it (also long story and a long drive). Also beware of pop up fees from the company. I wont use this company again their staff seemed understaffed and incompetent sometimes very rude probably cause they're underpaid.

My dealings with AutoBidMaster was some what discouraging. I just purchased a 2014 Jeep with 11,888 miles and expected to get the total vehicle that I had purchased. When I received the vehicle the damage was as expected with no surprises from what was shown in the photos. Upon examining the vehicle I found that the tires and wheels had been exchange with older worn out tires made in 2010 and that the Jeep hard top had been exchange with an older model. I anticipate the damage, but anticipated getting what I paid for. It will cost at least $2,000 to get the vehicle to where it should have been. ABM or Farmers Insurance allowed or exchanged 2014 parts from old used ones. Someone should be minding the store. Can't be trusted.

The worst purchase of my life, it cannot be that people are cheated in this way, I bought a car because in the description of the car it said that it was only normal use that it had nothing mechanically wrong, and when they gave me the car the car it has an extremely loud sound as if I was beeping. I take it to my mechanic and he tells me that the transmission is useless. The car cost 3,100 and I paid 4295 for everything including fees and stationery, (by the way a total abuse). The only thing I can tell you is not to spend your money with this abusive company, be very careful. and do not buy here. They are too abusive if in the description of the car I would have said that it had mechanical problems I would never have bought it but they hid it to be able to sell it and get their part. They are abusive

Very bad service seems like fraud joined to bid on my car I liked and got inspections from Copart and spend over 500 dollars with fees and membership and in day of auction live bidding was off and they kept saying they will fix it and I list the car and my money please be ware of these fraudster seems to be from Russia
