Was looking for some parts shipped to Alberta, unfortunately in the end I didnt buy due to it not being the same (when the manufacturer decides to design a "unique" seat for only 4 months of a specific yrs car..) but Nick still helped me sending multiple pictures even disassembling the seat so I can save some money on it as I needed a certain part of it. Much appreciated, they care for their customers and they're on my list of shopping within Canada! Thank You Nick!!

Good selection of parts. This place needs a self-pick section. The person that helped my (on the phone), and the other (in person) were very helpful and friendly... It was almost surprising, a good way! I didn't feel any pressure, or that I was 'bothering' them, which is great. I'll definitely shop there again, when they get more VW mk5/6 GTIs :) Cheers.

Called on a Friday looking for a specific part. Was told they had one on the shelf . I was 2 hours away and could not make it before closing and told the guy I would be in Monday. Drove 2 hours to be told they do Not have that part. 4 hours round trip for nothing. Wish I could give them a negative star. Never again.

i own a chev silverado.. needed a front differential. im from Kingston area. found nothing local to me that same day. I came across this place. they had one ready to go. i traveled to Arnprior location and bought it!. get home installed it.. did not work. the actuator was no good and seized in place.. i was able to solve the problem myself. but it required removing this differential after i installed it. spliting the case and using half my old parts.. finally i had my 4x4 fixed.. i called the place to see how they wanted to handle it. was told i would get a return phone call from someone higher up that could deal with this isssue. Couple days later I receive a call. They were more then willing to help solve the problem.. pic is what was left of the actuator in the casing that required removing and replacement with half my old casing.. all in all I'm now very satisfied with how they helped compensate my issue. Even though it was not required on used sale. . Thank you staff at arnprior auto parts. Campbell

Best Service I have ever had. Better than new parts. I purchased a new van thinking it was stow and go. The guy at Arnprior auto parts found me everything I needed to make it stow and go. My engine blew a month after my 5 year warranty expired and my 2015 was essentially a write off due to high cost of repair and lack of faith in the make. I posted it (freshly paid off) for parts and got mostly LOW ball offers. Arnprior & Ottawa Auto Parts approached me with an offer ABOVE asking, talked me through the whole sale, dropped off the cheque in Ottawa, agreed to remove and return the tires I just purchased on my old car and DELIVERED them to my home! Honest, professional and just flipping compassionate. I’m a single parent, single income earner, single vehicle household. Matthew and co. Were fabulous and made that entire ordeal just a lot easier. I HIGHLY recommend this business, especially so for any females struggling to find honest car services!
