First time calling them, it was to purchase a used hemi motor. I live in Kelowna, BC and found dealing with Joe L. a awesome experience. I called many times, and every time Joe answered all my questions. Very delightful to deal with him. I am very happy with my purchase and will call them again for any major parts. You guys are great :-)

Phoned about a ECM and wiring for a truck. The guy that answered was useless. The website shows dozens of them in stock and the guy immediately says he has none. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. i will make sure to never recommend people to your business. I would give this 0 stars if i could.

The front drive shaft needed to be replaced in my jeep so my mechanic referred me to Aldon Auto for the part. Not only did they have the part pulled & ready to go for me within an hour of me calling, they went over and above anything I would have ever expected. The drive shaft gave out right after my kids left from picking up the part so they turned around & went back. The guys at Aldon Auto replaced the part right then and there so my pregnant daughter and her boyfriend could make it back home safely with out being stranded 2 hours from home. I really don't even know where to begin to thank them. I would recommend Aldon Auto Salvage to everyone for everything and anything you may ever need! Thanks for keeping our grandson safe guys! Oh & for fixing my jeep! Lol

After reading a few of the reviews I was a bit reluctant. I tried email and their instant messager and got no response. I later tried calling and got quick and excellent service. I purchased a trunk lid and had it shipped about 700k. Packaging was AWESOME and it came fast and in the time line that was described to me. Overall I would buy from them again. Thanks much

I own a large automotive shop just outside of Calgary and do a lot of engine swaps with used engines so the risk factor is very high but when you get a engine from Aldon that has been removed very professionally it makes my risk much less than we would expect.All wiring harnesses were complete with clips and fasteners that make our job so much easier and less problems down the road.The best used parts store I have ever done business with in my 40 years of doing this.Thanks guys and keep up the great work

There costumer service is trash. They lied to me. I ordered a headrest and a weeks later they said sorry we have sold it. They already took my credit card number. After 2 weeks they said we sold it don’t have it anymore. Like if they want money, don’t play with people and have a good costumer service for money. Not stealing credit card numbers.

We bought a transmission, and I guess there was a miscommunication with the shipping company, but we were double charged on the delivery. There were other little bumps too, but Marc was very helpful and professional, so we got our refund and the car is working for now. Thank you for all your help Marc!

Called them up after finding the part I needed on their website, they had the part pulled off the vehicle within a few hours and ready to go, and for a great price (beat out what I could find online + shipping, plus they had it ready same day). Huge lot too, will definitely be dealing with these guys again when I have the need.

i recommend this establishment for your part needs. a quick phone call established they had the part i needed (a part edmonton was lacking) for my 4x4 dakota. they removed the part from their yard and had it waiting for me at the desk. the part was very reasonably priced. staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Prices are higher than most but the service is beyond poor . The promised wait is minimum 2 days and that has never been kept in all my dealings with them. Realistically 4 to 5 and that's local.all parts must be prepaid before pulled and once they have your money you are stuck with excuses

Ocercharge excessively for used parts, i shouldnt have to pay more for a used OEM part than a brand new one. The salespeople do not listen nor do they know much about vehicles. Extremely disappointed.

Aldon is a golden yard. I was look for a windshield washer reservoir for my Kia Optima. Dealership and other auto parts vendors gave me a 5 to 8 days wait time; I called Aldon Auto for it, they gave me a call back after 4hours that my reservoir is ready for pick up????????

bought some overpriced seats from here. never received a call telling me they were ready. when i phoned 2 weeks later the guy gave me attitude saying they left a voicemail, they didn't. when i arrived the person helping me was also quite rude. the seats were extremely dirty when i saw them. i reluctantly took them anyways and once thoroughly cleaned i noticed there were lot of dents and they were worn out. i did not see this when i bought them. these were supposedly the ones that were in "the best shape" from the jettas. the guy who itemizes everything with part numbers helped me put the seats in the car, he was the only nice person i dealt with their.

Worst people to deal with, I bought engine and Transmission for 2008 Prius for my Cousin Paramjit Hundal first they send just Transmission then I contacted with them again they send another transmission worse part was these guys were charghing money from visa each time then I contacted with them finally they send engine now these people not refunding the money I live in Victoria BC

I have dealt here twice now. The first time; I had no complaints. This time I had to keep calling to request the status of the part they told me they had. On the fourth call I was told that they actually didn’t have one. The fellow just forgot to call and let me know. After this time, I won’t be calling them again.

Bought a strut from them. Sent wrong side when I called to get them to get me the side I needed they said they will call me back when they find out what happened to the part I wanted and why I got the other side. Called again they told me they will take the other side off and give me a call. Still waiting for that so called call. When I call them all I get from them is we will call you back. Feel ripped off. Should have just bought a new one instead of having to double pay and have a part I dont need sitting around

BUYERS BEWARE. I ordered a headlight for an Audi I had sold 3 days ago (Tuesday). Gave them my credit card information, and everything.They told me I should receive the headlight in a couple days. I called them today (Friday) to get an update as to when I should receive the headlight, and they inform me THAT THE HEADLIGHT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT AS THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE HEADLIGHT AND THEY ARE TRYING TO LOCATE ONE. Not a trust worthy company. Do not do business with them.
