When I put my house on the market, I interviewed several realtors. It was immediately clear that Leroy Moore form Century 21 Core Partners was the person who would be most effective regarding the sale. Indeed, before Mr. Moore was interviewed, he had already made area comparisons with other homes that had sold and he had already gathered all the necessary data to demonstrate what he was proposing. During the process, moreover, we were given insightful, helpful, accurate, and credible advice on everything from what was necessary in terms of preparing the home for sale to how to best meet the requests of the buyer. There was never any pressure to move the process forward, and there was always accessibility for questions and concerns (Even responses to messages left seemed immediate!) as well as answers and engaging discussions about the house and the sale that displayed the highest levels of real estate expertise. I say these things as someone who knew my own property and its value well, and as someone who has realtors in my family who also rated Mr. Moore and Core Partners' performance in my case very highly.
