Love this place! It's the best institute I've ever been to, the classes are fun and interesting, and the teachers are encouraging and funny. The students there are super nice too, i made lots of friends there as well :p Even during quarantine, when things became less productive, the classes are still great. After having lessons here, I learned a LOT and it greatly improved my grades and help me widen my view about certain books during english lessons, and learn to step out of my comfort zone and speak better at public speaking classes! All the teachers here are really well prepared and skilled to be accepted at this institute, and if you are finding a place to take your child to go to lessons to, make sure you contact Utop! then your kid will be surrounded by good teachers and good students =) I have been to a few demo lessons where they see how the teacher teach the students, and trust me, if the teacher wasn't accepted the reason was definitely not because Utop made a mistake, it's obviously because they weren't good enough. duh. I've been to the class where the teacher that wrote the bad review was teaching, she was really impatient and aggressive, she wouldn't listen to what Utop say, and the lesson was dull and I didn't learn anything from it. after the lesson Utop gave her feedback, but she seemed like she didn't care at all and refused to change her behaviour. sure, Utop made a tiny mistake, but that does not cover up for her behaviour. IGNORE THE BAD COMMENT!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGGGGGG!!!

I am really shocked by how much effort they put in. I've already tried out several classes before the virus. it was, of course, in the building. the two art classes I took were both so amazing, I learned so much more than I expected. then, corona virus hit. I had to take classes online. and it was totally so organized, the teachers and organizers totally knew what they were doing. and I was also trying out some demo classes, some teachers were amazing, others weren't as good. The institute really takes student's opinions into action! I really love this. strongly recommend

If you are applying for an English teaching job with this company, make sure that, at least, they present the students with the same book you are teaching for a demo-class! Unbelievable! I hate writing bad reviews but do not waste too much time and effort with this business. They do not know what they are doing and I wonder about the quality of service they offer - in particular when it comes to tutoring English!
