Good place. Would be better with more and better equipments and newer buildings though. Teachers were nice. Good place if not competing too much about university as not many ap or ib. P.S. nice athletic teams

I haven’t been here for very long but so far it has been great. I gave Elgin 4 stars because I find it difficult to get to my classes in only 5 minutes. Other then that, the teachers and people are fine.

Nice large gravel field and rugby field makes it a great place to fly a kite. There are no soccer nets on the grass field. The basket ball hoops are just metal messes.

Honestly had a pretty good experience here, I must say however the graduation events for the class of 2018 were very poor in comparison to other years. Dry grad was only a magician and a DJ who was a student from the school, the tickets were $100. The organizer failed the grad class, and left a bad impression on the school considering it was one of my last memories there. Also, there was only one teacher that actually taught the students how to prepare for university (s/o to Rollins). Kids that plan on doing anything with their lives should not go to this school, I’d suggest going to EMS or Semi.

Good thing that I graduated. This school is totally not a place for students who want to really study hard and going to a good university. Most of the teachers sucks. Some of them, especially one of the male teacher in math department is the worst. They like to mock students and can easily and likes to destroy students future life within a finger. If you really want to study hard and have a good life, you should go to Semiahmoo secondary. They have great teachers and students there and offer good program like IB . This school used to be a great school and offer advance ap course but things have changed recently. I once have a choice to go to Semiahmoo secondary's IB program and I ruin it. Now I think I just stuck in this terrible school for life. Anyone who see this please don't be like me and learn my lesson from this comment.

Current student here. Highly agree with the one star review, things have changed recently. Not a good place for someone who wants to go to great university and find a good job. Seems this school and most of the teachers just want you to be stuck in BC and not going anywhere. They won't provide any help to you for any university outside of BC or Canada. If I can, I even want to give this place a negative 5 starts for being the worst school in the district. Do not go here if you are new in town, go to Semiahmoo secondary. They have great teachers and hard working students, really a good academic environment in that school.

It’s okay, service is 6/10 (would’ve appreciated less homework). Food is a 6/10 as well, good diversity and okay taste but wouldn’t kill anyone to add hot sauce. Hours are a 2/10 because it’s hard for me as a person with insomnia to wake up early to get ready in the morning. Overall score of 5/10.
