The Nadi Tree is a breath of fresh air in Trail!! I am not a 'fitness enthusiast' so typically don't enjoy group classes but Drea's classes are so much fun and she offers such a variety of classes for varying fitness levels and types. Highly recommend checking out The Nadi Tree :)

Amazing and beautiful studio. A great space with a great vibe to smash a boot camp or hang out in child's pose. Best studio I've been to in the 10 years I've done yoga!
