I have 2 daughters in the program. Both have had tremendous difficulties getting classes in class, zoom and in car lessons, unanswered texts and email messages.
We are very understanding and patient people and with covid we understood the difficulties the owners must have to deal with. But it was just way too unorganized.
My one daughter was promised an in car class, had to leave school early only to find out the instructor had double booked. This also happened to my other daughter, again annoying, but we understood. things happen.
However, Yesterday was my 16 year old daughter's first driving lesson. She was so upset that she cried to me that the driving instructor (male) had been having some road rage, yelling and swearing. At another point in time, he grabbed the wheel, which was very disheartening to our daughter, BUT the worst part of it all is when he took it upon himself to touch my daughter's leg while at a stop sign to get her to accelerate faster/harder even though there was no one around nor behind her. This made her feel so uncomfortable. He even said to her "Don't worry, I have a 16 year old daughter and I would never do anything that is inappropriate" Ummm just saying that makes me wonder if he knew what he did was inappropriate. I called immediately, as a business owner myself that takes passengers in our trucks from time to time, myself and my husband would want to know if there was an issue with one of our drivers. I felt like Jim (owner) thought my daughter was lying as he "has no words", "he has over 200 students and this is the first time hearing of this" No, "I apologize" No "I will look into this", nothing. just words that made me feel my daughter and I are not validated or being truthful.
He did switch my daughter to a female instructor which we are happy about, if we didn't already pay for this program, we would move her immediately.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are very unorganized, and unsympathetic to our situation that my daughter now has to live with.
