Patricia was very unprofessional, my best friend went there and she did not get what she wanted! I decided to call them to let them know that my best friend was crying and that her hair looks choppy and that she said it looks like she needs to get her roots redone, and Patricia decided to hang up on me. I am very appalled by Patricia’s behaviour. She is suppose to be the teacher and she is hanging up on people because she doesn’t want to hear criticism. She paid $95 for something she didn’t want. These are the pictures... no it’s not even finished because her appointment was at 10:30 am and all they did was have her head go from brown to blonde and it was 3:30 by the time I got there. 5 HOURS TO GO FROM BROWN TO BLONDE!!!!! They are saying that they will fix it on Tuesday, but she’s not going back there. They put her in tears! She doesn’t spend money on herself and the one time she does it looks absolutely awful! Very choppy and when my best friend spoke up, Patricia was arguing with her saying that she didn’t say that she wanted all of that blonde.... arguing with a client, and hanging up on criticism... I’m not impressed at all. This is the third time that this has happened to someone close to me, first it happened to me a couple years back, I showed them a picture of brown hair with a mix of orange and red and a little bit of a dark pink mixed into the brown and I got black, blonde, and two pink panels ( that faded after a week might I add) and paid $300 for it. This has also happened to my mom as well, she got her hair done and it didn’t look anything like what she wanted, and now it happens to my best friend! Very unhappy customer. I thankfully now have my hairstylist who is going to fix it for her because it is not what she wanted. Like I said here is the picture of what she wanted and the second picture is what she got. I will also post my picture of what I wanted and the picture of what I got. Unfortunately my picture of what I wanted isn't the exact picture I showed them, but very close. Still though, they are not even remotely close.

My daughter just had her hair done here......needless to say she was very upset at the work being done, wrong products were being used at the wrong times and that made her even more upset it is her birthday, and all she wanted was blonde highlights ...oh and it also took a whooping 10hrs which I think is ridiculous, whatever cut, dye or perm, So frankly any hair related project should be enjoyed by both parties especially the one paying!!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE WILL NEVER RETURN.......Thanks for your sensible decisions! P.S YOU ENJOY A YOUNG LADIES HARD EARNED 200 DOLLARS.

Did her own thing with my hair using only a hand razor comb , I didn’t realize until i left what a hack job i received. Finally corrected some of the mess today with a real stylist without a grudge. Was told it was not a decent cut in any way!!!!!

Patricia is unprofessional. I give her criticism because she turned my hair yellow and then she tells me I’m being ungrateful for saying that. I pay a lot of money and I expect a good outcome. I could of gotten that color with a box job. Now she won’t fix it and says she is busy and will call me when she has a chance in a few weeks. I don’t really want to wear a wig for a couple weeks, so I guess I need to look elsewhere. She screamed at me on the phone and says she is angry at me all because I was unhappy with my hair. I guess she is not used to being told that she messed up. I did tell her I liked my cut but apparently all she focused on was the negative. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Left me with broken damaged fried orange hair.posted false stories on facebook called me a liar and blocked me when I asked for a refund. She deletes any negative comments on her page as well. BEWARE.

Hi my name is Julia Henry I am currently at student On Edge Hair Academy. It is the best training facility I have ever been to for hairstyling by far. I am learning a lot with Master Stylist Patricia Pearson and I can't wait to learn more and more everyday at her academy. In my heart I know she will make all us students great stylists by the time we're finished! I love her school On Edge Hair Academy and she is one of the best stylists out there that I know! And I would definitely recommend the school to anyone interested in coming to the academy as a student or as a client???? UPDATE: Thank you Patricia for an amazing year at On Edge Academy. You have given me the best foundation to begin my career as a hairstylist. The program is hands-on from day one and your expertise and teaching style are incredible. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to be a hairstylist. You will graduate with the skills you need and the confidence to succeed. On Edge is also the perfect salon for cuts, colour services and colour corrections.

Just want to say thank you to the ladies. Patricia was very watchful, always there to correct when needed, but allowed the girls to do the work themselves. They spent 6 hours working on me, and were sweet and cheery the whole time. One of the best experiences i've had in a salon. My hair looks amazing. I would recommend everyone go there and let them take care of you

I have been going to On Edge now for over 5 years. I have never had any problems with them they are GREAT Patricia is a very good and patient teacher with the students. She is always watching over them and assisting them she does not just do it for them she takes the time to explain why she is teaching this way and why it works. I have learned some drying tips from watching the students that I can now apply to my own hair when drying. This is a very good place to learn as the students are not just washing hair and folding towels they are getting great hands on training they use human hair and real clients. I would recommend this Salon to anyone. Reasonable prices and great Customer Service. Keep up the great job Patricia you are a great person and Mentor for your students.

Patricia and her students have taken my horrible, lifeless, boxed dyed hair and transformed it. My hair colour now has depth and natural looking colour. As well, I can't say enough times how much I love Patricia's haircuts❤️. My thin hair is cut in a way that adds volume, and is now super easy to style. Friends, family and total strangers regularly compliment me on my hair and always ask me where I get It done. If you haven't been to On Edge Hair Academy, I would highly recommend that you go and experience it....you'll be very happy you did! ????????????

I made an appointment at On Edge Acadamy after seeing a hairstyle online that I had fallen in love with (a dark shadow root to light grey) I knew this was gonna be a tough one because I had boxed dyed my hair black or red for atleast 15 years. Patricia advised me that she would do a strand test to find out how light they could take me without affecting the integrity of my hair. Unfortunately i couldnt go as light as originally planned so patricia and her team came up with the next best thing. It wasnt exactly what i had hoped for but it looked great all the same. They even offered to do another strand test a few months down the road to see of we can try again. The stylists were all great and super professional, the price was fair, the environment was super friendly and they even messaged me a couple days later to make sure my husband and I still liked my new color...which I do and will be back for another try in the future. Thank you Patricia and Gracey for all the time you spent on my hair.

I was fortuned to hear about On Edge Academy of Hair and Cosmetology and so I registered. I was pleased to see that it was meeting my expectations. It was well organized, clean, and most important It was professional! I was very pleased to see that our Teacher Master Stylist Patricia Pearson had all what I was looking for. First of all she has patience with her students. She knows that we walk there with only our dreams and the passion to make them come true and she guides us with a firm but full of love way. Someone said that great Teachers show trust to their students and help them grow wings of confidence. Mrs Patricia Pearson is a great Teacher and takes pride to what she does. Well I am very happy that I am a student in her school. I know that I will learn a lot because Mrs Patricia Pearson helps me to express my talent. I always loved working with hair and making people beautiful but most important to see them happy and I know that I will make my dream come true because of Patricia Pearson and also because I am a firm follower of the Greek verse “ αιέν αριστευειν» that means, FOREVER EXCELLING.-
