My daughter didn’t attend a lesson and I paid for registration fee and 2 months fees. The owner of the school only agreed to refund one month school fee. The owner also said our family doesn’t suitable for this school. This is the first time I met someone said that to customers. The fees stated on website is different with the package when you signed. Fees are not clear. I changed my daughter to another school. Everything stated clearly, fees are much cheaper and reasonable. She has already finished the Christmas recital everything goes well. The new school manage much better then this school. I told this owner my children is not only learning dancing, they have to attend others lessons too. Since she didn’t go for one lesson hope she will refund 2 months school fees and I will just pay for the registration fee, but she’s not agreed. Very disappointed and had a bad experience to deal with this school.

The staff are fantastic! I called in last minute to have my 3 daughters enrolled. Not only did they find classes for all 3 girls that week, but they offered free "try out" classes to ensure the right fit. The coordinator April stayed until 9:30pm to give me info over the phone and talk me through registration and Taylor in reception was extremely patient with all of my questions and concerns. The instructors are very nice and patient with the children and ensure that they are comfortable and having fun. I recommend this studio to anyone who asks!!

I am very happy in this school as my granddaughter loves her ballet teacher. I also saw the teacher patiently working with her on the routine. I am thankful with the director that extends understanding and accommodate my granddaughter for late enrollment. Best move done to spend weekend with my grandkids. Both my girls. (6 and 3) just finished their first classes and and I’ve signed them up for there next classes already. My 6 year old loved the “for fun” class and my 3 year old was a 3 year old. She gets overwhelmed at times, even though it was a patented class, and the teacher was amazing and understanding. Fingers crossed for the unparented class coming up. :). Great school. Friendly teachers.

I have two of my daughters attending Image, 7 and 4, and have really enjoyed our experience here. The instructors are wonderful, kind, and very patient. They don’t let any of their students fall behind and are very attentive to each ones needs. The instructors both have a passion for dance, and teaching. Children aren’t seen as dollar signs, they’re cared about here. The owner is very thoughtful, she provides stickers at the end of the sessions, usually scented, and little gifts on or around their birthdays. Even Disney dresses and wands that are incorporated into their preschool sessions. The studio itself is very clean, and messes are tidied quickly. Staff are warm and welcoming, giving greetings as you arrive or leave. They always answer your questions and take time to get to know the parents. The year end recital was very well coordinated, and filled with talent. The performances were both impressive and on point. They demonstrated the competitive talent, with a balance of the little dancers having fun and learning. Image is inclusive and works with all backgrounds and experience levels. They care about the environment of the studio, the children, and their passion for dance. My daughters are both so excited to go back in September. Good choice of dance school, highly recommend Image!

It’s the first year my four year old has taken dance. Growing up as a kids dance was very structured, strict and formalized and I was forced to take it. I didn’t want to put my daughter through the same thing, but after talking to April she ensured me it isn’t like that anymore and that she promotes a fun introduction to dance. Well...she was right!! My daughter loves it and looks forward to it every week.

I put my 3 year old in a hip hop class advertised for 3-6 year olds. He loves music and dancing so I thought this would be a fun extracurricular for him. I didn't realize they would have such high expectations of a 3 year old. After attending one class the director of the school (not the actual instructor of the class) approached me and told me she heard about the first class and didn't think he was going to work out. She was very abrasive and cold and I was taken aback by the way she handled the situation. (A more graceful approach would have been to offer to switch him to a parented class or any other class that may be more suitable for him.) I made it clear that I was happy to remove him from the class if I was issued a refund since he only attended one class. After that initial discussion she decided to allow him to try a few more classes. He had a hard time opening up at first, and I don't blame him since he had one instructor the first class and another new face the second class (the director started class since the original instructor was late.) So he was shy and needing some extra encouragement to join the class. The director was very stern with him and told him he was to go in or stay out and there wasn't time for indecision. I'm not sure how he was supposed to get comfortable with so many changes right off the start and such brash treatment on his second day. He did get better each class and did great during freestyle which is what I thought the majority of the dance class would be like given the age range. After a couple more classes they had the young girl at the front desk call and let me know they were withdrawing him from the class, once again no offer to transfer him to a more suitable class. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. There was not one time that the instructor of the class voiced his concerns with me or offered any advice on how to help my son meet their standards. I think this situation could have been avoided if prior to registration, the studio provided more information to parents on their expectations of the children in certain classes, raised the starting age for structured classes, or had a prerequisite class that must be taken for younger children starting dance for the first time. On top of this all, I was told the portion I am getting refunded for them withdrawing him early was supposed to be received in 2 weeks maximum and I did not receive it until 3 weeks after and numerous phone calls to follow up. At that point the director mentioned that he might do better in a parented program but it was far too late for me to even consider that. Based on my experience I will not be returning or recommending them.

Took my young son for his first lessons. He loved every minute of it. I feel like the staff and teachers had a lot to do with that. My son is timid and was nervous but the staff we very welcoming and friendly, from the front counter to his instructor. Professional studio with a great family feel. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about dance lessons.

I am so happy I chose Image School of Dance for my daughter's dance lessons. Ms. Geneva is so patient and knowledgeable, we just adore her. The studio is always clean and fellow parents are so friendly. I recommend Image to all parents looking to put their children in dance.
