I signed up my 4 year old son for the "little dragons" Jiu_Jitsu classes at Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu. It was his second attempt at organized sport... the first was soccer and he refused to play. The first week of Jiu-Jitsu was difficult for him but Jake and the rest of the staff and instructors were extremely patient and supportive. It's because of the quality of instruction and the individuals running this facility that my son decided to continue. Now, about 5 months later he has his yellow belt and never misses a class. Jake provides leadership, structure, and discipline to children in a safe and supportive environment. I also own a business so I speak from the perspective of a parent and a business owner. This is a very well run facility and I confidently endorse Jake and Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu.

Highly recommend this place if you live in the area or you simply were traveling like me and still want to train. Highly respected black belt running class and a great group to roll with. It will feel like home.
