My daughter took an 1.5 hr lesson with James. She was nervous about taking the lesson, came back with big smiles. James taught with humor, and clear communication, with an understanding of my daughter and her goal. She was excited to pass on the new information to me after the lesson. I had not driven for five and a half years since my brain hemorrhage and decided to get checked out by a qualified professional before starting again. I booked a 1 to 2 hour assessment with Medallion School of Driving, James was very good, with a great sense of humor, and after 50 minutes told me to head home, he had seen enough to be sure I was OK to drive. I was impressed that he didn’t keep me out (and charge) for the two hours, but instead saw enough in a single hour. The other driving school I had contacted wanted me to book 5 1.5 hour lessons (as if I was a new driver), but James, knowing I was an experienced driver before my hemorrhage, realised I really only needed an assessment.

I would highly recommend Medallion Driving School. Bill is a patient, competent teacher who has decades of professional driving experience. He taught me to drive many years ago and will teach my children to drive when the time comes.
