Really beautiful and big school. The surrounding area is very gorgeous and nice. I swam at Appleby's pool many times in the morning. The students at Appleby are pretty nice but don't really look happy.

There is NO equal. Absolutely the BEST school I went to. I graduated in the 70s, and Appleby/Larsen set my expectations for what I could accomplish. I haven't stopped achieving, I'm in my mid-50s, and starting yet another venture. I love the mind-set, the joy and fearlessness that Appleby gave me. I would have to rate my boarding life/years (6) at Appleby as the foundation for my success. (some viewers and users will suffer different results)

In the formative years of life, there is no better place to learn! My experience at Appleby College was made memorable by the exceptional faculty and staff that go well beyond the Ontario Curriculum requirements for the students. Each teacher will dedicate personal time and attention to their course, coaching sports and leading community service placements! Walking around the campus, the sense of community is palpable. There are so many opportunities for students to build leadership skills that will prove integral to the rest of their lives.

This school is much worse than Ridley. Ridley have so much better athletics and better education, I tried out at both and the Ridley Students are nicer

Spent 10 yrs at Appleby gr. 3-12 to ‘72 Best memories of the place, from Miss Chamberlain to Mr. Kenny. All of my friends in life went to UCC, Ridley, St. Andrews, St Michaels. Why is that? Similar circles? Similar Careers? No, the answer is so much more.

I took my kids to the Appleby college for snow sledding this week and they had a great time. Not many Oakville residents know about this location which is a safe environment for kids and even adults to get out and have fun! We tried another location in Trafalgar Road, but any day would recommend this location for snow sledding. Many thanks to the college administration who allow local residents to enjoy their facility at no charge!!

No Rating of education from me as I have my kid for summer camp here only. Facility is top notch in Canada and have seen much new addition and improvements over the years. Environment is comfortable and relaxing for learning, WiFi coverage is adequate. However, they torn down a small forest for some new buildings, no more nice strolls, as the lake side walk is marred by the bad odor from the lake. greenery is running out rapidly on this place.

There are way better, not worth the money! If you can go downtown or uptown or a great Catholic school. Save your money and buy a cottage. If your child is smart they will succeed. I know friends who pulled their children out as well

Absolutely amazing teachers, and a particular emphasis on well-being of student. Not a lot of independent schools or schools in general have this second while also offering a rigorous program.
