I've only studied in Fieldstone School for one and a half years, but I had great experiences here. The teachers and administration are very enthusiastic and accommodating. I've had lots of fun learning in this school. The students here are friendly, too. It is entertaining to play and talk with them during recess. Since I am talented at math, they even made me an entirely new schedule and course to learn more advanced math. I appreciated it, and I think it will be a great experience. Fieldstone School also did a great job in the pandemic. The online system went well, and everyone can have fun in the class and have a great online experience. Teachers did not just finish the lessons and give us homework right away, instead, they let us play Kahoot, hangman and other games that are accessible and appropriate to play in the online school. In conclusion, I enjoyed every moment I spend in this school, and I believe this school can have an even better future.

A very prestigious and welcoming school set in an idyllic location.The students here have the privilege of following the world class Cambridge Curriculum. A team of dedicated and passionate educators have the best interest of their students at heart. Ms Martin is extremely kind. The staff constantly monitor the well being of their students. Mr Brian Munshaw is a dedicated, kind and much respected professional educator in the secondary school, he has contributed immensely towards the development of the school and its students.

Hi, my name is YuXuan He, but I prefer to be called Henry. I am a Grade 12 student at Fieldstone King's College School. Over these two years of my studies in Fieldstone, I‘ve had the opportunity to work on a number of incredible projects that have allowed me to grow and establish myself within this brilliant Fieldstone community. I have had many positive experiences in my school. For example, as part of Orientation, Ms. Long took us to a Bowling Alley to help us build up friendships and get to know our teachers. Furthermore, as we know Ms. Mao's class - Calculus - is very difficult. I have been honoured to help a bunch of friends and classmates with their math difficulties I earned volunteer hours simultaneously. All in all, all the classes at Fieldstone are interesting and the teachers are all nice. The teachers can answer our questions and assist us patiently and enthusiastically. I enjoy my life as a Fieldstone student.

As a student at the University of Toronto, when I look back at the two-year experience at Fieldstone, I felt fulfilled to study under such a positive competitive environment. Since teachers are experts in the knowledge of different areas, it enables me to get opportunities to learn some advanced topics and concepts that are not in the high school curriculum. Even more, Fieldstone also offers a variety of competitions, which are well-connected with the university courses that I am taking now. These include DECA business competition, Waterloo Maths Contest, and Cambridge Examinations. In terms of extracurricular activities and clubs, Fieldstone is paying attention to fostering students’ additional competencies besides some limited skills they could have from academic learning. As for myself, from joining the Prefects and Outreach club, I practiced my leadership skill and conquered the fear of public speaking, which are both necessary to be possessed in order to succeed in universities. Overall, I am grateful and pleased that Fieldstone provided me with the chance to step forward in learning and extend my talents before going to further educational institutions. This helps contributes to the confidence that I have now during each university lesson.

Fieldstone Day School was more than just a school. It was a community, a brotherhood. Even though I was only there for grades 3 and 4, looking through my old yearbooks or thinking about my friends there brings back so many memories. All the teachers were so nice, the classes were challenging (but the teachers helped out a lot) and the class sizes and students were perfect. There was little bullying, and if any sign of it was ever shown, teachers would handle it right away. I would never regret going to Fieldstone as it enriched my behaviour and my knowledge. I would recommend this 'brotherhood' for everyone from JK to grade 12, as you will get smart and kind and meet other smart and kind people in it.

This is the best school in The city, The strong sense of community, the class size is perfect. The Teachers are the best, same with the education and the school. All of the Events, including house events, Concerts, Clubs and courses are just amazing. This school deserves an Award. Can’t wait for Carr House to win, if they do. Go Carr House

Fieldstone Day School started out okay but over time it just turned into a cash cow that would accept anyone, even students that spoke no english at all or had little to no academic goals. It has now become a disappointingly mediocre semi international school with large majority of the students being from asian countries. The teachers there were good, however the overall experience was not worth it in the long run. Would not recommend as a high school...

Fieldstone changed my education in a fundamental way. The small classes, great curriculum and many extracurriculars made learning and school involvement as easy as showing up and having fun. I participated in almost every sport team and enjoyed being in the plays and learning violin. The teachers at Fieldstone provided me with role models that would help me grow far beyond the end of my education at Fieldstone. I cannot imagine becoming the person I am today without the teachers, curriculum, extracurriculars and administration at Fieldstone. One of the best parts of Fieldstone was the Cambridge education matched with the small class size made for a learning environment in which every student can reach their goals and learn the most. Fieldstone is a one of a kind school where students can reach new heights and find a passion for science, math, art and literature.

The WORST place in GTA, and I really do not recommend people sending their kids to here. PLEASE GO TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL!! For international students, the best choice is going to other private school(higher grades and better feeling). I will not coming back again.

I’m Shutong Jin and I am in Grade 11. This is my first year at Fieldstone, and learning has just started in September. We would use Moolde for online learning. All the work is done on Moodle. Online learning gives us a lot of convenience. It allows me to arrange my own study time more freely Extra space. Through online meetings and email communications, I receive support from my teachers. They clarify any confusions I might have and explain new lessons to me. I get help from my teachers with my assignments too. Teachers would actively help me by answering all the questions I have; they gave me a lot of confidence Period. Although I am enjoying online learning, I would prefer studying on campus if I had a choice. I would like to be able to interact with my teachers and classmates at school, and I am looking forward to joining the Fieldstone family soon.

Fieldstone has been a fantastic school throughout my years of high school. I got chances to meet with students from different countries, and teachers are always willing to help students. The Cambridge courses offered by the school are well-designed and helpful. I had a very good time with Fieldstone and I will recommend the school.

My son started at Fieldstone in grade 5. He is now in grade 7. I cannot say enough how AMAZING this school is. Ms Wong, the head of school, and Ms Martin, the assistant head of school, are not only extremely kind and caring, but they prioritize the needs of the students and their parents. Parent concerns and emails are met with a rapid response and action. In addition, the teachers are kind and nurturing, and they work hard to make sure that their students feel confident and cared about. The school subjects are taught in a very interesting, organized and student-friendly format. Frequent testing ensures that the students keep up to date with their studies. In my opinion, one cannot ask for anything more in a school. I feel truly blessed to have transferred my son to Fieldstone Day School.

I only came to Canada at the start of the year, and life at Fieldstone played a substantial part of my introduction to the country. Fieldstone school is an amazing school, it has helped me develop to be a hardworking person and prepared me for the future ahead. I have spent three years in the lower school and four years at the high school. It was really easy to transition from the lower school to the upper school. It is my last year at Fieldstone and the teachers and staffs are really supporting me through university applications. I'm grateful for all the staffs who helped through these 7 years at the school.

I never regret that I chose Fieldstone among all those private schools in Toronto. They actually care about their students with strong academic teaching and tons of extracurricular activities. Unlike other schools that I considered in Toronto, Fieldstone is a “real Canadian school”. Although they have international students and I ’m one of them but they still teach everything originally in Canadian ways. Everyone speaks English in school no matter where you are from. I feel belong and care from the school cause they treat students like their parents. Also they have school spirits will influence you to come a better you. Promise you that Fieldstone is a place that you will love as I do and will help you to be the one you wanna be.

Fieldstone has been fantastic for our family! My son joined Fieldstone in Grade 5 and he says it’s the best school that he has attended. The small class sizes gives teachers a great opportunity to know students’ personalities, strengths and weaknesses and they go an excellent job in suporting students to reach their potential. The teachers are fantastic! students feel as if they are in a larger home being part of a relatively smaller community. The after school tutorials, extra curricular activities and outreach club are great. Student’s choosing a cause that is near and dear to their heart and then developing strategies for fundraising is excellent. i have always received excellent support from the school admin while being part of the parent association. I highly recommend Fieldstone School if you are looking for a smaller community with excellent teachers and more emphasis on students.

I spent three years of high school here at Fieldstone School. When I was here, teachers always encouraged me and the curriculum was great, too. I could learn not only academic knowledge but also various life knowledge such as how to be myself, how to be brave and so much more. I think I was able to grow one step further at Fieldstone. Also, I could make good memories with friends from various backgrounds. If someone wants to get valuable experience with good teachers and multinational friends, I can confidently recommend the school.

We would like to share our experience with the Cambridge program at Fieldstone King’s College School. In just a year and a half, our son, John David, has now successfully completed 6 Cambridge courses – Math, Additional Math, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, all with great marks. This is in addition to completing Ontario Secondary School Grade 11 and 12 courses. He could only have done this with the great support offered by the Fieldstone teachers in tutorials and exam prep with past questions and papers to review. By completing the Cambridge curriculum, John David has significantly grown in his aptitude for sciences and mathematics, he is extremely confident in his academics, and he has the extra advantage of being university ready, and all of this is because the Cambridge curriculum challenges students to be in-depth learners and really grasps the concepts taught. We have even included his Cambridge results in his university applications both to Canadian Universities and US Universities, and this has been very favourable for his chances as Cambridge is internationally recognized and well respected for its rigour. We would highly recommend students to take the Cambridge program. Definitely for students who want to be challenged, looking to increase their level of skill and ability, looking to prep for university level courses, or who want to study abroad. Fieldstone knows how to support students to achieve these goals and John David has certainly been the beneficiary of their help and our family is very grateful for all of the support. Thank you very much for this place that wasted students' time and teachers' talents, which gave me a unforgettable high school period. Every week, the administrators of the school will let you stand in the rain or snow for at least half an hour (you can't take an umbrella or put on a coat). They are willing to call this a fire drill. In fact, they are happy to torture students and treat them as dogs. Disgusting front desk and managers. If you want to turn your child into a tramp at the gate of the supermarket, send your child to this place to study. I don't even want to call this place a school. God, if you are here, please let this school close as soon as possible.

From what i hear from students in the graduating class, fieldstone used to be a semi-decent small private school with good teachers and a overall rewarding expirence. this was not the case in the year i attened the school. my class barely had over ten students, only a few of this group spoke enlgish fluently. the schools mangment is where the probloms root, the princpals/vice principals are incompent and unlikable indivudals who are incaple of running anything short of a convience store. all of the progams were lacklustered and needed funding despartly, and needless to say the athletics were terrible and you'd often had to hunt down students in the hall to particpate in order to have the minimum player requirement to attend a tournament. contary to the rest of the expirence, the majority of the faculty were very helpful and intelligent indivudals. unfortuantly they to seemed un enthusiatic about fieldstone and the mangment. i would not recomend fieldstone as a high school to anyone.

Fieldstone was an exceptional school for my eldest daughter, who went there for six years. We believe she has grown to be a bright, kind, and passionate teenager because of what she was taught at Fieldstone. We now send our youngest daughter there for JK, and she loves going to school every single day. In addition, Fieldstone has implemented excellent protocols to protect all, and we feel our daughter is very safe in her classroom due to the smaller class size.

This school limits too many things and there isn't freedom. There arent even chairs for students at assembly! I really dont recommend this school especially for older students The teachers made us stand in the pouring, freezing rain in October and didn't let anyone in until people stopped talking. I was soaking wet and angry at the teachers. They treat us like dogs and blow whistles at us. This is not a military acedemy. It is a school. We sre here to learn and not trained to walk in a straight line everywhere. Never never come to this school. You are wasting ur money if u come. I wanted to rate it zero stars but that wasn't possible so im sad. This school is terrible. We are not dogs.
