Their drivers don't understand the meaning of pedestrians having the right of way in a crosswalk. My daughter has almost been run over by their buses multiple times. Called their office and was told they'd speak to the driver to see what happened. No apologies, nothing. If bus drivers can't obey the basic rules of driving they shouldn't have a license let alone be in charge of a bus! If this was the first time I wouldn't have bothered posting a review. But my daughter has been walking the same route for 2 school years and this is probably the 8th time. Enough is enough. Your drivers aren't THAT safe.

I'm a student on a stock bus and I've just had a horrible experience with them... Today the bus driver never came and my friend on the bus said that he missed everybody.. This is unacceptable if you're gonna be a bus driver. You should be on time everyday.

We have had several incidents with my daughter's bus driver since the start of the school year, from mocking my daughter to leaving the school early without her on the bus. Although the bus driver admitted to things she has said, she claimed they were not directed at my daughter (like it's ok to talk to anyone's child the way she has). Yesterday I had a call back from an operator at stock who insisted my child is making things up (after the driver had already admitted to certain things, reguardless of the consistancy in what my daughter has so far told me or the fact that my daughter has taken several different school buses in the past 8 years and this is the only year she has had any complaints about a driver) then talked over me rather than hearing me out or trying to help resolve the problem. I am absolutely discusted with the lack of professionalism from not only the driver, but also that operator. please, do better Stock.

Bus driver is just rude no information given about anything very unprofessional company even got to the point my 10 yr old daughter was written up for playing rock paper scissors with her friend beside her

Very pleased with the quality of the drivers at Stock North Bay. I have no worries driving with kids that sometimes need extra care. Looking forward to the rest of the summer getting a drive to summer camp with these guys.
