Andre is an amazing instructor and a really down to earth great guy. I was safely flying within a couple of days of the course. Amazing! He taught me the core skills of kiting, launching and landing, and as the course went on I learned a lot of tips, tricks and techniques that I still use when I fly today. Its an amazing sport and Andre has gracious patience, a hawk eye, and mad skills. I trusted him with my safety and security and he never let me down. I can't say enough about the overall experience, all thanks to Andre.

I am a licensed commercial helicopter pilot and had always wanted to try motorized paragliding. I found Mr. Zeman's website and was very impressed, all relevant information could be found there and always up-to-date. His e-mail communication was also always on Q. I spent a week in the Niagara Falls area learning from him. All my equipment was there, ready to go just as I’d ordered. He was very professional, safe and had great attention to detail throughout the course. Once the in class training was complete I felt confident to move on to flight. Andre provides great lessons as a knowledgeable and caring flight instructor. I have been to several flight schools and PPG Ontario is unrivalled in the experience I have received. Beyond the flying itself, Andre provides full service for navigation of the labyrinth of testing, licensing and registration that one must go through to become a pilot in Canada. The value of this could not be understated for me. I really enjoyed my time under Andre’s tutelage and look forward to enjoying the sport for years to come. My only regret is I didn’t come to him sooner.

I've always been a quick learner and after watching a million youtube videos and reading the books, I expected this to be no different. Quite the opposite. I'm very happy that I chose Andre and PPO because his patience was a great help. Learning to kite reliably took much longer than I expected - my own over thinking was holding me back. I did get a couple of flights in but I decided it best to go home and practice kiting before going back. Andre was there and took me under his wing and got me more flights. He is very calm and encouraging on the radio when you're up there by yourself. He is literally the only voice there to guide you up and guide you back in and he does so exceptionally well. All you have to do is what you're told, and he keeps it very simple. I'd checked out 3 schools in total but I was completely impressed with his website and the facts contained here. Talking to him on the phone, he gave me great re-assurance that he was the one I would put my faith in to get me flying. Today I have about a dozen flights in and I look forward to finishing up as the weather allows. Tip to those thinking of getting into it - Andre does not take chances and risk your safety. For students, weather is critical and if the conditions aren't right, you don't fly. If you value your safety and your life, I suggest you sign up here.

I had a lot of fun working with Andre during the days of training I had with Powered Paragliding Ontario. Andre provided a good mix of firm, calculated instruction and corrections while still keeping the atmosphere light, so it felt easy to ask the numerous questions that cropped up. I feel like his experience in the field and years of teaching experience really made the process go smoothly. Like any form of aviation, training is an absolute must and I would be happy to recommend Andre and Powered Paragliding Ontario to anyone seeking to undertake this truly incredible endeavour.

Andre as an instructor was everything I looked forward into having as a teacher. Knowledgeable but had a great way to convey information. Fairly patient, kind and showed great passion for the training offered. And as far as making a 3 hour trip to learn the art of ppg throughout a week and having really no idea what to expect except for the flying part. This has been truely a well rounded experience and id say if anyone is looking to get into PPG. I certainly recommend Andre's PPG Ontario. A good teacher with a passion for flight. Professionalism and thorough understanding of the skies. Being timely and willing to work with your schedule. Just a tough one to beat these days.
