Stopped in after class for a quick tasting flight, 3 tasters for 5$. Had Brewmaster's Cherry Pilsner, Wheat 101, and IPA 101. Ended up leaving with 2 bottles of Cherry Pils, and a can of Wheat 101. Didn't get tge IPA because I'm not usually an IPA guy (just not a fan of hoppy beer).

This place was great. The students beers were well worth the ride to Canada. Jill the bartender was awesome, took us on a tour and explained the entire process. Walked out with 2 six packs and I know it was worth every minute of the wait at the boarder. Looking forward to the next time

Must see for any craft beer fan. Many brewers from around the province have roots in this school. Incredibly priced growlers ($12) and styles you will probably never see anywhere else.

The beer here is great, and supporting the college is a great initiative with that being said, I constantly received extremely poor customer service from one individual every time I visit the brewery to pick up beers. A young curly haired girl, makes little to no effort to greet me, spark conversation or even ring me out. I know I shouldn't be receiving such lack luster service and it kills me to think that I am being ignored simply because I am a female. She'll ignore me to speak to any guys in the brewery and won't even give me a look. It's frustrating, and has lessened how often I visit to pick up beer on my way home. I just want to purchase good beer and have an enjoyable experience but as a women entering the brewery, I want to leave as soon as I walk in.

Really loved the option to taste a few of the distinct brews with purchase before making a purchase or pay just a tasting fee. I was impressed that they had some experimental brews. If you like craft beer highly recommend stopping by. ZFG brewer I'll miss that experimental batch!

Everytime I go in for a beer or to ask a question, the staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They are passionate about what they do and what they teach, and it shows with every interaction with the public. I'm very happy to only be a short drive to the campus!

I visited NCTB with my family in Oct 2016 and plan to go back soon ! We arrived just before closing therefore we couldn't fit a tour into our visit. I love that they sell the students' work at the bottle shop. What a great idea! It was a bit tricky to find the right building. After getting directions from the restaurant staff we finally found the right place.

An absolute MUST stop for beer fans when visiting the Niagara-on-the-Lake (or even just driving by enroute to Niagara Falls). Convenient located just off the highway, there is a great collection of staples (the Cherry Pilsner is always a treat) and some amazing special one off brews. Also are cans and bottles of other interesting beers done by the students as well. Almost always something here that will fascinate. Sometimes forgotten amongst the numerous wineries and other local breweries (Oast, Silversmith) but this is definitely a must stop if headed past!

Amazing place to go! Get some testers, see what you like and then pick up a couple of growlers and you don't get charged for the tasters. Sweet deal and the beer is hit or miss but thats why they have the tasters.

Hard decision to decide between 4 or 5 star. It's a nice little spot with a fantastic variety for their small size. I tried quite a few brews while I was there. Some interesting ones that probably weren't my thing but all were quality, and some were fantastic. I didn't get the name of the guy working there last Sunday but he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. My only complaint is the same recurring one, there is no place to sit, which was my hesitation to give them the 5 star rating. I liked being able to poke around a bit in the back room which made up for the lack of a spot to sit. Overall top notch beer!

Awesome stop for craft beer fans. Six or seven taps feature the brewery's own recipes including several specialty brews. The rest of their beers are chosen from the best student batches. Justin works in the tasting room and he's very friendly to talk with when you stop in for a pint or a flight.

I drop in here once in a while to grab some interesting beers. My wife and I went on a brewery tour once and it was most fascinating. The students are quite passionate about their craft and the College is helping to grow the Craft Beer industry. Worth a stop!

Another 5 Star experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and interesting brews. For me, as a wine guy, the unique Small Batch Brews like Belgique? Tres Chique, or the elegantly bitter Fox Hunt English IPA are top of the range and are also a value: priced same as some in the solid Beer 101 range. Worth a serious detour if you are in the area. Also recommend going for a hike with friends (but not with the beer!) at adjacent Woodend Conservation Area. The Bruce Trail (side trail) runs through here I believe and it is compact and scenic. Salut!

It was great. We couldn't do some parts of the tour because of Covid but what we did was very informative. We tried a variety of beer and wine. We learned about the process to make several wines. It was a nice time. Really Enjoyed..would definitely go again

I have been here on a few different occasions and it is a great spot to try some fantastic local beers and support Niagara College and the students. I find that everyone is always very friendly and more than happy to share any information with you. Beer is usually around $3 to $3.50 and you can buy one beer or a keg, they have whatever your heart desires. If you are visiting the Niagara region I strongly suggest that you make a stop at the Niagara College brewery. They also have a nice little boutique winery where you can try some of the wines that the students make as well. You won’t regret stopping by!
