(Translated) The courses are expensive, but very well done. Nice atmosphere, very friendly. The teachers are qualified and know how to answer your questions. I discovered this place through fellow video game artists, they took extra classes. In summer there is air conditioning and in winter it does not freeze! They have courses for all levels, beginners (like me, inexperienced) to expert. I have just taken traditional drawing classes for the moment. (Original) Les cours sont dispendieux, mais très bien réalisés. Belle ambiance, très amicale. Les professeurs sont qualifiés et savent très bien répondre à vos questions. J'ai découvert cette endroit via des collègues artistes du milieu du jeux vidéo, ils prenaient des cours d'appoint. L'été il y a l'air climatisé et en hiver on n'y gèle pas! Ils ont des cours pour tous les niveaux, débutants (comme moi, sans expérience) à expert. J'ai pour l'instant simplement pris des cours de dessin traditionnel.

Very friendly atmosphere. I took around 10 different lessons in less than 1 year and they definitely helped me to reach some of my goals. The fundamental lessons were very useful even if I had an intermediate level coming here. Most of the teachers are apparently from the video game / movie industries, and it feels like they know what they are doing to prepare you to the real world in case you're looking for a job in this domain. Digital Sketching for Production with Christian de Massy + Composition,Lightning and Illustration with Donald Caron were the best lessons I had so far. Anyways, definitely a place to go if you want to polish some pieces for your portfolio and/or learning the basics. Beware the ''Art bootcamp'' program requires a big amount of time and investment (time and money!). 5 lessons is a lot of work, but very rewarding.

I left 2 phone messages to get information about the program, no calls were returned. We were in Montreal visiting and stopped by as the website says opened Monday to Friday 11-6 and no one was there at 2 pm. Asking for 35K tuition… please return phone calls.

A little bit expensive for people with low budget (About $500 for 10 classes + the drawing material), but definitely worth the price if you can afford it.
