He took the time to add in the why and how behind things which makes it easier for me to understand and remember. He kept the class upbeat and entertaining despite the subject matter. I have taken many courses at Omni, from workplace first aid to first responder training and more, and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. The instructors I have had (Troy, Joel, and Simon) have been nothing short of amazing! Omni really knows how to take what can be a boring topic for some and make it interesting and engaging. I recommend this company to everyone looking for a first aid course. As a business owner in a field that requires a valid first aid course, it is the place that I send all of my new and current employees to take and renew their course. The classes are small. The instructors use humor and real life experiences to help get the information to stick in your mind. Two days go by very fast. I no longer dread having to do my renewals.
