Oct 2016 The Principle at this school does not believe in taking responsibility for actions, by apologizing for wrong doing, and this is something specifically stated is followed in the Peel School website. It is overlooked if your Religion is in conflict with these values, not sure if that is stated anywhere or if it was only opinion of one principle. They will and did use the system to bully you into following their SJW opinions, they talk over you so you cannot be heard or state your opinion, and then complain saying your voice is raised, they use this tactic to antagonize you and then complain you appear as angry. Would avoid this school until it has change due to lack of leadership.

Its a great school! I went here. I felt welcomed every time I came. The environment is very friendly and you will always be included. The staff are also very nice and caring. I recommend this school to any parent wanting to send there child to a good school.

I haven't gone to this school personally but my younger brother gr 5 does and from what he has described, they do nothing in class. The teacher doesn't teach and class time has been mostly free time to work on your own things. In addition to that, during open house day, their classroom was closed because as the teacher puts it, there was nothing for parents to see since they had free time anyway. The teacher seems oddly biased towards girls and the rules in the school are absurd. Indoor recess means you cannot walk around in class and play with other things and their reasoning for that is because it is 'dangerous'. I'm so glad my brother is leaving this school in a month. He has a brilliant mind and it is rotting in this school.

i went there from 1960 to 1967 ,kindergarten to grade 6. In those days the schools address was on cawthra road. There was days in the winter when we would have to push the teachers cars because the long driveway wouldn't be plowed. There was mats hung on the walls in the hall we put on the floor for p.e. the area was the township of toronto. the closest high school was tl kennedy. the middle school was built in 1967 tomken road senoir public. applewood heights was built in 1966 two more of my haunts.... Very low budget school and everything is lousy. The staff like to take money and rub it all over the toilets. Truly disgusting. They also have an “outdoor” classroom which is basically a bunch of rocks to sit on. It’s THAT low budget

My son described his experience as fun, educational, nice, and helpful. He says his teacher, Ms. B is so nice, she is like an aunty. I think the school is trying to play its part, however there is so much more that need to be done to experience the success it should have for students and the community.
