My wife's experience was not good. Her teacher had really heavy accent, barely understandable even for me (I have IELTS 10 and 8 years in Canada). The main concept is great - providing newcomers with free English classes for free, but the actual techniques seem to be out of reasonable efficiency level. No grammar given, plenty of homework, but the worst thing is mandatory speaking with partner who barely can say hi and buy in English. I understand that this specific experience is related only to this specific location and class schedule. Good luck though.

Really friendly receptionist and easygoing teacher! I have been on the waitlist for 10 months. Each time when I called, they were patient to deal with my situation. After I began my learning in level 7 last month, I found that the teacher and classmates were much more nice and friendly than my imagination. The class topics are practical and useful. Learning experience here contributes a lot to my settlement in Canada!
