In the midst of COVID, I have been informed that an employee had come into work sick, and was advised AGAINST getting a COVID test while displaying symptoms at work. In addition, this direction was given by a supervisor apparently. The supervisors directions also had the sick employee staying at the day care, and working directly with the kids through the remainder of the day, and through the rest of the week without further assessment. The employee took to Snapchat to post all about how she was still working while she was sick. When being asked if she had followed Ontario laws, and gotten tested she informed me she had not, and continued to be very rude and dismissive towards COVID and any precautions in place. This employee showed no care or regaurd for the well-being of the children, or family the children go home too. I will not be trusting this daycare with my children's health and safety.
