Awesome public school with a great French Immersion program and music program. It's a big school too, which made the transition to high school at BMLSS much less scary.

This year is my 10th year at monck, Our school is amazing. literally i never want to leave

all 3 star and over reviews are lies this school should be closed. in the split classes the teachers only teach one grade. Example in gr7/8 classes teachers only teach gr8 level work then the next year they will only teach gr7 level work.

Top notch everything. Clean, bustling school. I have dropped off kids hundreds of times and never not had a student hold the door for me when the opportunity arose. Whatever they are doing they are doing it right.

I attended Monck School from 1960 to1967 when it had four classrooms each shared by two grades. 1-2 3-4 5-6 7-8. My children and grandchildren are going there now.

I would NEVER recommend this school if you have special needs children. They do not follow the IEP and safety plans.
