This place rocks, I honestly cant say enough good things. Lisa is an amazing teacher, she truly cares about her students. Check out some classes, you wont be disappointed.

Lisa is a great teacher and I enjoyed the yoga class that I took from her. Hope to take another class in the spring time. :)
