I'm a receptionist who contacted this company before to hire them for parties. One event I spectated and saw that we booked them for. They showed up over 1 hour late. Then they didn't take responsibility and yelled at my manager for calling their cell phone. Now I'm hearing my manager hired them again they have always brought two ponies but now they only brought 1 all of sudden without telling anyone.

Horrible company. Wish I could give a zero rating. We hired them for 2 ponies. They brought 2 but only allowed us to ride one and charged us full price. They also didn't come prepared for the pony to be dressed as a unicorn then last minute asked us to if we wanted it dressed up as a unicorn but you showed up late already.

Last year my wife hired them for our party and they showed up over 1 hour late.

We had 2 of these beautiful ponies added to our wedding renewal service last July. My daughters rode them down the aisle and looked like princesses. Barb was so great.to deal with and will be using them.again for upcoming birthdays
