About a year ago I asked Joe Elliott to come to my office to provide kick boxing classes for my staff and I during our office lunch hour. We move the waiting room chairs out of the way, and bring out the boxing gloves! Joe is an amazing teacher, always doing something different to keep it interesting. Having fun while getting in good shape......the Holy Grail to true fitness! Joe Elliott is the real Mccoy....highly recommended.

I had a great time training with Joe Elliott over the holidays while i was spending time with family in Lindsay. Joe did a quick assessment and was able to tailor his coaching approach to match my fitness and skill levels, and he pushed me beyond my comfort level (sparing). Be Careful

The keys to my home were taken from my coat pocket during training. They were then duplicated and replaced before training was over. Some time later, associates of the gym came into my house on multiple occasions. How did they know where I lived? From the waiver I signed at the beginning of the class. I am writing this because I dont want this to happen to anyone else.
