A wonderful facility for children, youth and adults. The Club offers programs for all ages that include mental health services, youth warehouse center, child care , children sports, adult sports leagues, PA Day programs , Before & Afterschool and facilities for the community to use. They offer financial assistance to ensure there are no barriers for families. Highly recommend you check out there programs and services.

Seriously disappointed. Since my child began attending BGCKL in September 2016, I have had some major problems with this location. As a mother who works full time, I depend on centres such as this one, to care for my child before and/or after school. Unfortunately, options are limited in Lindsay, Ontario for such programs, otherwise my child would no longer be attending this centre. After school program end times have been changed without notice, forcing me to leave work early in order to pick my child up on time. My child (3 years old) was also sent to school without his coat and was found outside his school shivering. (Excuses were made that the regular instructor was on holidays - but still unacceptable.) I have been overcharged by staff who clearly haven't been trained properly, and I've had to argue with staff to have it corrected. Last night, there was an incident on the bus back to the club, where my child and other children were assaulted and bullied. I have been waiting since 8am this morning for a response back, with still no answer. Apparently, upper staff members don't arrive into the office until 1:30pm on Wednesdays?? Clearly, the BGCKL does NOT have my child's well-being set as a priority. The only decent thing I can say about this centre, is that most of the instructors that I have encountered, have been kind. Breakfasts and snacks served to my child have been healthy and he seems to enjoy them. But, at this point, I am beyond frustrated.
