I've never been so pleased with ordering on line and having it delivered to my home than this yarn shop. From the moment I found them on line browsed their site to placing my order it was a great experience. Even a real computer dummy would find it difficult to screw up on their site & unable to place an order. They kept you informed about the progression of your order with details of shipping & delivery dates, to the point of advising when it was delivered. I can not express the true pleasure of dealing with this establishment and hope others purchase from them all your needs for knitting/crocheting. THANK you for helping me to find pleasure during these very hard times.

I've done a lot of online shopping and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had. Yes I have ordered from small businesses, not just large ones. It was irritating and frustrating when they don't answer your questions. Their website over charges you in shipping and allows you to order stuff that's apparently not in stock anymore! I would have been less irritated and understanding if I wasn't ignored for so long. Eventually most things got resolved but I guess I'm out the extra shipping since they ignored that part and I never got refund for that. I went from being excited that I stumbled upon their website looking for gifts and then after mentioned to my friends to quickly telling them don't bother ordering from there. It's just not worth it. Shame I was going to be a continued customer and have others check them out. Not anymore considering I'm not the first to be disappointed and looks like there's been no improvement.

I ordered and paid for a subscription knitting box on Dec 8, 2020. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my mother. I have been in contact with the store several times and they said that they would send my the package in April 2021, It is now June 2021. I have paid for a product, not received anything. Left a voicemail every week for a return phone call as well emailed the company. Poor Poor customer service and waste of my money that I will never get back. It's very sad as I was trying to support local and that has changed my decision on supporting local again.

Purchased several ball of their Comfort Sock Yarn to try. It is the worst sock wool I have ever used zero elasticity. I emailed the company twice about a refund in the last 2 weeks and still no response. Poor customer service and poor quality product; very disappointed :(

What a beautiful shop! I went there today in a panic because I had lost my size 8 crochet hook... Well they didn't have one on the shelf. The wonderful women working there pulled out her own personal bag and gave me one. I offered to buy it and she said no, just take it. Thank you so much!! I have to say I did buy a beautiful size 6 hook and some beautiful yarn! I will be back when I have more time! Great service, great store!

I placed an order via the Aberdeen's Wool Company website, and was pleased with how quickly my order arrived; I was also kept up-to-date on my order's status throughout the process. My wool was also accompanied by a charming little gift, some cute Alpaca erasers!

I ordered an advent calendar from Heather a couple of months back with the promise it would arrive by December 1st. Alas Canada post decided to go on strike and almost put a cybosh on that promise. However in true holiday spirit and excellent customer service , Heather said she would honor her promise and would get another to my wife as promised. So what does Canada post do but decided to deliver it today 2 days in advance of the promised delivery date and 5 days before their posted delivery date. Thank you Heather for starting our holiday season off right. My wife , as I am typing this , is putting up the jute rope and hanging her little baggies of Wool. And of course the cat is being most helpful, NOT.

I have always had great service until my latest order. I placed a sizable order on May24 and still have nor received it. Several attempts to get a hold of them several ways have gone unanswered. I guess I am out my order and my money VERY disappointed with them.
