I have no idea why this post is under my step sons name. Mine is Joanne Holness. This is the worst school we have ever encountered. Our oldest is in grade12. They ripped us off for just under 1500.00 after our kids where only in the school a week ( second year) They sat there and said word for word " I guess we should have let parents know we would not be holding most transfer courses to university" unless your child would like to do them online. The list goes on of how drastically disorganized this school really is. I personal would not even know how much unless they had got moved to Valleyview. Secondary. The communication from teachers and staff is 1000 % better than this school with the money they charge. So glad to be out of there. Yes the kids may be less worldly the the school it self and the focus on education well special. Unless there is a bible attached. Sorry but kids need to get in to university theses days even if they are going in to the trades. Other wise they will not be leaders till they are 50.

I'm a KCS alum, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I had teachers who spent time with me, cared about me, and prayed for me. It's was a safe place where I was able to learn freely, and make some awesome friends. It's a place I've stayed connected with.

School is so worried about getting international students for the money they forget to take care of the students already enrolled, We were very disappointed and would not recommend especially if your kids are in the older grades. No options for the kids.

Kamloops Christian school is a fantastic school with an environment that encourages students to be the best that they can. From chapel services to extracurricular programs, to integration into every day accodemic classes, the school works hard to teach and encourage student's relationship and knowledge of who God is and how he applies to their life. They are trying hard and working to bring new electives and unique opertunitunities to students of all ages and grades to make sure they have the best opertunities to succeed after their high school life.
