We signed up for a bundle of 8 1/2 hour lessons. We are in our 60s and have never danced before. Added to that, I'm a whole foot shorter than my husband, he has a bad back and bad shoulders. Teresa was quick to adjust her instruction style when my husbands shoulders started to hurt, and took the time to explain why she was teaching us the country two step first, before the requested ballroom dancing. She is high energy, kind, supportive, encouraging, and a whole lot of fun. We may actually be able to dance together after this! Thank you Teresa.

Teresa provided a fun and enthusiastic beginner lesson to our group of 8 friends. She was great and breaking it down for us and giving each of us a little one on one instruction to help us get past any hurdles. I would highly recommend her for groups and indviindivi if your looking for positive instruction and having a lot of fun while your doing it! Thanks Teresa.

The current owner (Theresa), is an excellent dancer (add a star). She is also a decent teacher (add another star), although she seems to struggle with listening to her student's needs. That's all for stars. As adults, we don't all get along. At Dance Discovery, payments are made by cash or check only. I am currently struggling to get along with my dance teacher and have requested any form of resolution: a partial refund, ability to sell my lessons to someone else...anything other than having to come to this studio each week. The only option I am being given is to complete the lessons, despite the incredible discomfort. These dance lessons were supposed to be fun and inspirational. Instead, I now have to decide between walking away from my remaining lessons, or being miserable for an hour-long lesson each week.

Teresa is the perfect amount of funny and bossy! Lol she even uses truck terms to describe moves so my husband can quickly understand! Lol We have a blast with her and are looking forward to more lessons!!!
