Une Organisation Déficiente Soumise À La Permanence De Son Personnel Enseignant ( Statut De L'enseignant ) De Certains Enseignants Qui Ne Sont Plus Évaluer Et Ne Répondes Plus Au Standard Actuel De L'Industrie De La Construction ( Il N'y A Pas Que Les Enseignants Temporaires Qui Doivent Subir Une Évaluation De Performance ) d'après une expérience qui m'est personnel j'ai du attendre 10 mois pour effectuer une reprise d'examen, Une Absence Total De Vie Étudiante Et D'agréments Pour Les Étudiants ( Une Cafétéria Pour Nous '' Stocker'' tout du moins et un vieux jeux de Mississippi Pourrie ), Un Réseau Wi-Fi Ultra Protégé Et Limité (Uniquement accessible à la Cafétéria, Accès À Youtube Impossible Ou Tout Autre Site D'hébergement De Vidéo) où il faut se ré-identifier au 30 minutes et où le mot de passe change à toute les semaines ( Même les université ne sont pas aussi zélé par rapport à la sécurité de leur réseau Wi-Fi ) . Absence De Mesure Disciplinaire Réel, le fait de miroiter en début de formation des conséquences par rapport à l'absentéisme des étudiants ne vaux rien en raison de quoi. AUCUNE CONSÉQUENCE RÉEL n'est appliqué face aux étudiants. Certains rempliront des contrats d'engagement ayant peu de valeur, l'absentéisme continuera sans conséquence. De fait, le manque encadrement face aux étudiants éprouvant un problème d’absentéisme DISCRÉDITE totalement le centre par rapport à sa politique d'absence et ne valorise aucunement les étudiants présents à leurs cours ( À quoi bon être ponctuel, si tout le monde se permet d'arriver en retard ou de manque 4-5 périodes durant la semaines ? ) . La désuétude des outils du magasins, malheureusement l'étudiants louant des outils est parfois au pris avec un ''Citron'' s'est à dire un outil n'étant plus en état de fonctionner correctement. Sur le coup, cela n'est pas un aussi grand problème en soit, cependant lors de l’exécution d'examen pratique tomber sur un ''Citron'' peut parfois faire la différence entre une réussite et un échec. Intimidation entre les enseignants faite une recherche sur Google pour ce centre... Je pourrais continuer, mais ce qui doit être améliorer le plus rapidement est inscrit ci-dessus. Point Positif ( Heureusement il y en a ) La majorité des magasinés sont courtois, polis et très gentils si ont apprend à leur dire bonjours, je salut leur professionnalisme et leurs sourires. Le personnel attitrés à la maintenance général de l'immeuble que ce soit sur le plan Entretien Général de l'immeuble, ou Entretien Des Équipements Mécaniques Pédagogiques sont entremêlements gentils et toujours prêts à aider. Les secrétaires sont extrêmement gentils de plus. Également, une navette relie le Centre-Ville de Chicoutimi au Centre de Formation ceci se voulant être un point positif. Mention Spécial : Beaucoup d'enseignants se donnes corps et âmes pour leur formation et ils misent sur l'élève et l'accompagne dans sa réussite. Pour certains, ils font des heures supplémentaires à la maison afin de se '' démerder'' à comprendre un cours qui leur à été légué à la dernière minute. J'admire cet engagement de la part du personnel Enseignant et ce serait bien que l'administration puisse reconnaître ce type d'engagement. En conclusion, ne prenez pas ce texte comme une attaque, mais comme une occasion de vous améliorer. Il y a beaucoup à faire, mais si vous en avez l'ambition vous vous améliorerez

(Original) Mal organisé, accès à nos casiers personnels interdit sur l'heure du dîner, étudiants confinés à la cafétéria et dans les couloirs sur l'heure du dîner et lors des pauses (aucun centre social, salon des élèves, aucun jeu de tables comme la plupart des cfp...)(Le 3/4 des casiers sont inaccessible sur l'heure du dîner puisque le deuxième étage est verrouiller), la plupart des locaux sont froid hiver comme été, WIFI interdit aux étudiants, politique trop sévère concernant les retards (comparablement aux autres établissements d'éducation pour les adultes), direction non-professionnel, cafétéria non adapter au grand nombre d'étudiants. Ce n'est pas un établissement dans lequel j'aimerais revenir.
