(Original) Le loyer est très cher par rapport au type de logement qui vous ai fourni. L'excuse qu'on vous sortira alors est qu'il y a un service de ménage. Service qui est à peine réalisé et lorsqu'il y a un réel problème de salubrité ne comptez pas sur le service de ménage pour le réaliser. Une bonne odeur à donc eu le temps de s'installer sur tout l'étage. Par la suite mon étage s'est battu avec la direction tout au court de l'année pour espérer ne pas se faire fermer la cuisine de manière totalement arbitraire. La direction tant qu'on en parle est complétement fermé à la discussion est n'est en aucun cas capable de peser les pour et le contre pour eux ils ont raison point. Donc si vous cherchez un logement en tant qu'étudiant à Jonquière les résidences sont bien pour socialiser et s'énerver en groupe contre la direction mais je vous laisse quand même le conseil de chercher un appartement qui sera au même et dans lequel vous serez clairement bien mieux accueilli.
