They want us to spend more than second year at Dalhousie for the 19-20 year. Then the uniform is another $1000. The only good hot-lunch is pizza on Wednesday then all the others are worse than American McDonalds Chicken nuggets. The track pants are basically , sweaters are $70.

SHSH is unique because of its philosophy of educating the whole child -- mind, body, and spirit. All our kids have attended from elementary school through the senior school; we couldn't be happier.

As a newer family to the school we enjoyed a warm welcome and are surprised at how quickly we fit into the community. It really is a community with kids making friends not only in their grade but across the entire school. We are very happy we made the choice to join the Sacred Heart family.

We are very happy with the education our children receive at Sacred Heart. The foundation in elementary is second to none in Halifax and the single sex education in junior high and high school means our children can focus on excelling in their studies preparing them to be confident for the future.

Good Education. However, there is work to be done on the hand of the faculty. While some members of staff are ok others fall far below that threshold and are ignorant, rude and self ritchous

Sacred Heart is a real family, not just a school. My two daughters are receiving excellent education in a warm loving environment. The pandemic was a challenge this year and Sacred Heart teachers and administrators were flawless in transitioning to home learning when necessary. They didn't miss a beat. It's one of the best decisions we have ever made to send our girls to Sacred Heart School of Halifax.

Went to this school in grade 7 in hopes of a more challenging style of learning but was disappointed at the slow way of learning, but will be switching to grammar next year for grade 9:)
