Been waiting on an appointment since April no one called me and they said they were trying to get a hold of me? They called my dentist to tell them they cancelled my referral. No one ever reached out to me. They asked me to contact my dentist for another referral. We sent that in. Somehow they lost it again. HAD TO CALL MY DENTIST FOR ANOTHER REFERRAL. For someone with mental health issues, playing phone and appointment tag for an important dental visit is not fun nor professional. Not my mistake.

I have been a client for many years. My first few years were good ones, at the student clinic. But a couple of years ago, I was almost forced to go to the faculty clinic because they said I had complicated issues. Well, all I got was a needless surgery which resulted in an infection, but I think they needed to check off some boxes? As a result, I have spent several thousand dollars and I still don't have my work done. It seems once they get you into the faculty clinic, you can't go back to the student clinic. I feel ripped off. Use as a last resort only.

Once you allow for the year long wait to get in the treatment you receive can be top notch. Highly competent students under experienced supervision. Very affordable. Plus, if you are in pain you can get in quickly.
