That's the worst service ever I have seen for IELTS test. At the beginning they say that books enter in the amount that you already paid..., and tell you to wait 10 days, ..., after that they say "no, you need to pay additional fee for books, and wait another 10 days" ..., basically I would get the books after my exam..., or you can pay extra for express mail. You can't take your money back..., you can't talk to their supervisor..., in two words "BAD SERVICE"
