When I was looking for alternative self care and self healing methods, I found True North Alignment. Not really sure what I was looking for or getting myself into, Vikki provided a safe space for me that was comfortable, professional and immediately made me feel at ease. She explained the different practices she provides and gave suggestions on what she thought would work best for me at the time. I’ve completed one on one sessions, as well as, group mediations and I recommend them all. I’m so grateful for Vikki and the healing space she creates.

I booked a healing session with Vicki and learned so much about old ancestral wounds I have been carrying. She helped me clearing these wounds so I can move forward and heal parts of myself I was still struggling with. The session was very calming and soothing. Vicki guided me through some meditation, breath work and release statements. I highly recommend booking with Vicki if you need guidance about your personal healing work. There is a lot we can do on our own but being supported by a professional is essential.
