I go here for the prices and sales. I don't buy their meat, and you have to be careful with the produce. Quite often they are out of regular item products which is disappointing as we are coming from out of town. But with that said it is nice to have a No Frills in Elliot Lake.

Great value as expected. No Frills has been my go to for groceries for decades. They have a decent selection of products ranging from low cost to the higher end President's Choice. The flier specials are usually well worth it. They also price match, so it does not matter where it's on sale, provided the other chain is near enough to be a competitor. This local is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. A little while ago I forgot my bag of reusable bags there. I assumed they were gone for good, but I was surprised when I asked and they were holding them for me.

It is the cheaper of the 2 grocery stores in town.But it is getting ridiculous with the line ups to cash out. Standing in line for 30 min for a cashier is difficult for seniors. They installed self check out machines and people do not like them. The store needs more human cashiers.

It's a nice store to get essentials and a few goodies as well. The staff is very careful about Covid-19 protocols. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location on Google Maps is incorrect though. This No Frills is further South on Highway 108.

Cashiers always grossly understaffed, filthy, unorgsnised and shelves half empty, many sale items out of stock with no idea if getting more. Massive lineups with only express and 1 cash open at 515 weekday? Was told trucks come when they come no schedule... Seriously? And I can appreciate and applaud hiring mentally challenged staff...but how can all be on duty at same time? Worst grocery stores I've been too

I was able to find all the products that I was looking for, at very reasonable prices. They do have times where it is harder to find certain products, but that is related to welfare and pension cheques, those people all shop on the same day.

This is my go-to supermarket in Elliot Lake. Basic fare with a good selection of PC and No-Name products at fairly reasonable prices for Northern Ontario. However, some visits have been a little wanting with no inventory on some basic items like PC orange juice. But, I can't really complain. The staff there are helpful.

No Frills-Elliot Lake is very neat in general, remarkable meat department, that is very clean and the employee always take care of hygiene issues, wearing gloves all the times. No Frills - Elliot Lake provides the best prices in town. even at the level of the drugstore the pharmacy team is very friendly and their co-payment for ODB patients is only $1.99. Outstanding job!

Discriminating. Violent workers. Recieved death threats over a review for calling out a worker who was nasty to my husband. Owner made up lies to get people on his side, but he was smart about it. Only insinuating my husband wrote nasty messages to him but not saying directly it was him. Workers have made fun of trans gender people while in the store working. Fruits and veggies are usually always rotten. If you complain about the workers, Lyle will seek you out even if you have your children with you to start yelling at you. He is a nasty nasty man who shouldn't be running a store. The old owners were so much better. They were the heart of the community. Always on the floor joking with customers, friendly with everyone. This place went down hill.

Prices are fair. Will price match with the best of em. There are great deals if you spend the time to find them. When it’s not busy its a smooth experience. As soon as there are a hand full of customers cashing out it’s very hectic! Little room to get around and pack your groceries. Very understaffed 2 to 3 cash out lanes open out of 6 at all times.

To the people that think this store has good prices, produce and meats, they have obviously never shopped at any other No Frills. Half the time the shelves are MT and it is always the same excuse "the truck never came in". Maybe they should use Foodlands truck, because their shelves are never empty.

We drive 35 minutes to shop at this store. The prices are truly unbeatable; and although the selection is less than the Independant Stores, you have to remember that's it's "NO" frills. Huge thanks to Lyle and his staff for always helping with all our needs. :) In addition: the pharmacy is second to none. We stared our at this pharmacy because of the pricing; but we now make the trip to Elliot Lake because of the staff. Thanks to Lynn and her staff <3

Always shopped at nofrills in st.catharines. always a great experience. Moved to elliot lake 2 years ago and was glad to see a nofrolls. However, Itwice in the last couple of months, i was made to feel like a thief. Cashier asking me to raise my purse, so she can see if i was hiding something. I understand problems with shopping lifters but, this is totally un called for. Not returning

The veggies & fruits r usually quite fresh & plentiful. They always r well stocked with the specials & shelves r also well stocked. Staff very helpful & friendly. We stopped going to the Sault. No Frills there is disgusting!!!
