Beautiful place to sit and take it all in. Fall colours made it really special. Great place to bring family - trails and a kids playground along with park benches, picnic tables, covered garbage and washrooms. Smell of fall in the air ❤️

Some wonderful views from the Fire tower lookout - you can even see the outline of Manitoulin on a clear day in the distance - best time to go is the Fall as the colors are spectacular!!

Nice veiw of the town, a popular tourist area, this is an place they used to survelance fires before satalites where the main surveillance optics for forest fires. It is still maned to this day for that purpose and has a tourist arrea with stuff to buy and snacks. Offers a buitifull veiw of the town of Elliot Lake and a spoters scope on the top deck of the tower, on a clear day you will see lake Huron in the distance along with multiple lakes of the former mining town.Come here for a great veiw of the arrea!

Gorgeous scenery from the tower, and a bunch of nice hikes... a few areas had fairly steep slopes. Autumn is spectacular for viewing and hiking. Also lots of hikes around the lakes.

There is a winding road up to this location but well worth the drive.I'm not one for scenic views but this one was spectacular. Seeing all the way to Manitoulin Island! And there is no charge of any kind. If you are in Elliot Lake take an hour to go and see this.

One of my favourite places to visit whenever I come home. I have so many fond memories of growing up in Elliot Lake, and driving up here and taking in the great views was a big part. It’s peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back this summer and take some family pictures here.
