I have worked here 6+ years. The staff work their butts off to provide good service within the bounds of Regulatory Requirements. Our programs meet all regulatory standards. The majority of students get job offers immediately out of their clinicals/preceptorships. I love meeting all the people that come in to ask questions about school and I love working with this team. Looking forward to many more years working here.

Amazing place to get your education because they are helpful and flexible with a reasonable extent. It is in downtown so parking is quite limited so park early.

Please save your money and go anywhere else. This is a very disorganized, family run college with a huge lack of instructors for students. I have gone through many instructors who were not competent, and been forced to spend money on extra added "mandatory" courses that DCC requires that are not related to my studies or required legally for the program. They do not advertise the true experience that they will give you. Please contact me if you would like to discuss any inquiries into my truly horrific experience with this disorganized and unprofessional family run college.

They have an awesome, knowledgeable staff, instructors are excellent, lots of hands on practical and they really care and want to help. I really did well in the smaller class. Study what they teach you and do your assignments and you will have no problem getting through it. Discrimination and perpetuation of false information is not just allowed from instructors to their students, the college will actively support their instructors while doing so and then blame a student if they bring it up and claim them to be disrespectful and bias. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

This College is absolutely amazing 5/5 stars. I had a great time here learning to become a health care assitant. The hands on training really helped me get the experience I needed to feel confident in the work place. Would deffinalty recommend for anyone looking to presue a career in health care.

Horrible experience. Overcharges for courses that were less than 10k everywhere else, including other private colleges. Curriculum poorly laid out and taught. Half the time, the teachers didn't even know what they were doing. My instructor spent most of her time on her phone planning her wedding and having students who further ahead helped students who needed help and struggled rather than helping. They also having Nothing designed for students that can speed through the curriculum; management treats you like a child in terms of attendance and time management, so welcome to an overpriced preschool. Also, most local employers in CR will not touch DCC credentials due to the poor quality of students they turn out. So beware.

Spent too much money on a highly condensed course that encourages those to join RCMP or continue with law enforcement. Limited parking. Limited. Was informed that this course would mean the written portion of the RCMP exam would not be necessary depending on grade from the course. This was redacted after sign up. Was informed this course is recognized by the RCMP. RCMP recognize courses for 2 years not an expensive "nice to have" diploma. We had to make corrections to every test and and nearly every quiz due to incorrect discrepancies in answers. the course is based in Ontario laws and not BC where the course I took was being taught. I know the school started in ontario but was not expecting an education for another province than I currently live. Having financial issues I recieved way more money than I should have for my school loan and now have a hefty $220/month for 8 years. There is also no job guarantee. Could have spent less than half the cost of the course to pursue a course that actually pertained to my wants. The list goes on.
