They stated a cap would be provided for graduation pictures. When we got there because of covid they did not provide one. I understand about covid restrictions but I believe photo vision should have made an effect to reserve what would be provided. If I know this I could have bought a cap. I was very unhappy with the final picture

Went to go pick up my grad photos and the doors were locked. It says they are open 9-4 on weekdays and the doors were locked at 3PM. Not impressed. Called several times and no one picked up the phone.

Was simple and easy to do. Enter the code and pick out what background (they have some pretty cool looking backgrounds) then select the package you want and continue to payment.

As the office administrator of a school let me be the first to say PhotoVisions has been amazing to work with. They are always so helpful and pleasant to work with. They are efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. As a parent they are fantastic as well. I know the struggle of getting any of my four kids to sit for a picture can be a challenge. and in honesty sometimes when the pictures come home my son is usually making the weirdest face ever! but I love it cause that my son! and with all the chaos of getting school pictures done they have still managed to get stand and smile. I love all the options of backgrounds and the prints always have great colour quality. Thanks for all you guys do!

I received my child's school photos on Friday. Both images were absolutely terrible. After reaching out on Facebook to ask about retakes and how disappointed I was, I have yet to hear from this company. I will be hiring another photographer for school photos from now on.

call them on November 20th waited almost a month called and they said the pictures will arrive in about a week well it is now December 18 and still no pictures so I called again turns out no one even did them I needed them for Christmas...asked them to send them through courier tried to charged me $25 no I’m not paying for you to send me pictures that should of been here weeks ago

Terrible customer service. Placed an order in November and after months of waiting I asked on my status multiple times. Finally Kirsten responded saying that they never sent out that order and they would right away. Three weeks later my order from the year before arrived. I asked for the proper order and a refund and never heard back. I am going to complain to the school next. Received my order free of charge. Thanks for correcting the error

My daughter had her school photo taken by your company and I must say, I am thoroughly upset. I was excited to see her run through the front door and hand me her school photos and I was going to frame them and put them on my wall. As she handed me these photos, I noticed that they were covered in your watermark and I could not even see her beautiful eyes due to the positioning of your watermark. I'm deeply offended that my daughter got to bring home a watermark copy of HERSELF, and I was told I had to PAY to see my gorgeous daughter. Here is the photo and I would appreciate a free copy without the watermark so I can frame it on my wall without being harassed for money.
