I've have been to 4 high schools. This being my last, I can say this was the worst school I've been to. The principals and vice-principals are trigger-happy they see all smoking students as horrible people who are no good who don't give a damn about school. They make judgments about us before even getting to know us and it's unfair. They single these kids out and belittle them of their situations they are in. And punish kids for things they cannot control. Never have I seen a school body so embarrassed of their principals and vice-principals the countless memes talking about how awful the school is but it's too true. The suspension rate and expulsion rate is awful you have kids literally willing to go to the alt school for better education, they have literally forced over a hundred students into the alt school for dumb reasons. If you want to go to a school where you feel like you are not even considered one bit of the population of it you should go to innisdale. Has been almost a year since I have graduated and I cannot say my life has been nothing but stress free since leaving that awful environment. I don't think I'm the only one who's had an awful experience who's been turned away and who's had doctors notes literally flat out denied. I will make sure that my younger sibling never comes to the school.

Overall the school is good. Both my children attend and so far no concerns. Communication is usually good and relevant.

My daughter went for an orthodontist appt and her dance teacher repeatedly accused her of skipping...without actual proof of her skipping. A bit judgemental! Her English teacher is obsessed with anything depressing...she decided that abuse was a good English topic (without parental consent), now my daughter (a victim of years of psychological, emotional, mental, physical, and verbal abuse from her father) is reliving the trama she went through all over again!

I attended this school and it had many petty student complaints with very few actual problems. I'd recommend students from out of the area attend this highschool if that was the way secondary education worked.

I attended this school from 1979 the year it was built ,had an excellent full service food program which launched 30 year career as a chef,also a awesome music program.

Teachers hardly care about personal events interfering with your education. Rules and basic morals are very minimal and hardly kept in check. You could get away with almost anything with no or little punishment.
