Instructors were good but seating was horrible. Old uncomfortable chairs. And seriously. ..could their laptops be any older?? I Don't think so...

At Campbell College, I was taught to reach for the stars! The experienced instructors took my success as a responsibility, and they did it passionately. I enrolled in the administrative professional diploma program to upgrade my overall workplace skills as a newcomer. There, I received top-notch safety compliant resources for personalized hands-on experience, development, and adequate exposure. I also got the perfect time frame to be job ready! Three days after completing the program, I landed a very good job. I am eternally grateful for the connections and guidance I gained at Campbell College.

If you want to pick up a compact while intense course with great practicum chance, Campbell will be a much better choice than others. They only focus on one program, and has been partnered with many public sectors for 30 years. You will be amazed by all the instructors, the atmosphere, the course design, and the learning rhythm. Whenever I met someone who graduated from Campbell, they responded with happy smile and beautiful memories. Labs here were equipped with fast computers, great furnitures, and modern office softwares. Thanks Campbell.

I graduated from the Campbell College Administrative Professional program in 2012. The training I received during this program, the people I got to know, and the staff employed there, made my schooling experience really exciting. Before I came to Campbell, I was attending the LINC program at Metro Continuing Education to improve my English skills. I used to be a stay-at-home mom in Germany raising my four children, but I moved to Canada with hopes of a better life for them and with the dream of finding myself. When I started the Administrative Professional program at the Campbell College, I really felt that my life was taking a turn. During all my classes, I started to feel like I was becoming part of a big family and started to gain more confidence, in my skills and what I had to offer an employer. My life was permanently changed. The Professional Development classes have given me the ability to adapt to the Canadian workplace as well as society as a whole. The program is interesting, intense, and extensive. Before the program, a simple task like doing research on the internet was one of the only exercises I had completed on a computer. Thanks to the program at the college, I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and job-search techniques. While I was taking the program, I was going through a very difficult time due to some family issues, and even though I didn’t feel like I could focus completely on the assignments, the staff gave me a lot of support and made me smile in times of sorrow. The teachers took their time to thoroughly explain everything (step by step) until I had a clear understanding of each concept. After graduating from the Campbell program, I became a part of a great team. This program meant a lot to me. It has given me a new start for my life.

Friendly staff but dated equipment and furniture.

I took the course about a year ago and found it to be extremely useful for my all-around professional life. Through the practicum that they set up with me, I was able to get an excellent reference that got me first into a temporary agency and then eventually offered a full time government position. Aside from the practicum, they have continued to support me after the program. They did this by giving me pointers as I was trying to figure out why I wasn't getting a permanent position, and periodically assist me with any personal issues I was willing to share. I'm grateful for the experience, and I feel that it has been a great asset to shape me into an employable professional.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the team members of Campbell College. This program and instructors changed me a lot. From being self-doubting, I became a confident and positive person who can deal with any situation in my live. I love my new job and the Administrative Program was the right decision.
